R&R is an amazing company to work with. Mary is great! She responds immediately and schedules a tech right over. I recently contacted them for one of our units to be looked at. They sent Joel who is very skilled and a great technician. Although, he was only scheduled to look at one unit, he was also able to look at another one last minute. He communicated with Mary the whole time. Joel was able to explain what the problem was and got both units up and running the same day! Our residents were happy not having to wait another day for this to be resolved.
