Aranda Air replaced my very old HVAC units. Louis was very responsive when Aranda was assigned by my home warranty company. He thoroughly explained what the issues were with the units, the process of replacing them and provided a reasonable quote. Aranda worked with my home warranty company to obtain the approval to replace the units and with the city to obtain the necessary permits. Louis and his team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The technicians were on time and very respectful of my home. The new units are more efficient and much quieter than the old ones. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new HVAC system or needing their exiting system repaired.

We were looking to replace a gas furnace and A/C system with a hybrid heat pump with backup gas furnace to utilize excess solar capacity and lower our overall heating bills. Our problem was that the current system was undersized for the house after an addition was added on. We were limited in closet space where the old furnace was located and not able to increase the system size without moving the furnace into the attic. We wanted to keep the furnace in the original closet for convenience and avoid the added cost to relocate the system into the attic.
Out of five contractors, Louis (Owner) was the only one to come up with a solution to increase the system size to match the house and keep the furnace in the closet by utilizing a higher efficiency furnace for a modest additional cost. He listened to our problem, asked questions, analyzed the situation and customized a system that met all of our requirements at a fair price. The other contractors approached the problem with “Cookie Cutter” solutions, some at a much higher price.
The work was performed on-time and in a very professional manner. The whole crew was polite and addressed all of our questions and concerns with patience and humor. Louis’s experience and HVAC knowledge are second to none.
I highly recommend Aranda Air for any system replacement and we will utilize them for future maintenance of the system.

Aranda air was assigned by my home warranty company. I tried to schedule everything early before the summer even hit, but it took quite a while to get everything settled. It really is just how working through home warranty companies are like these days. Aside from the difficulty of scheduling a time (they're super busy given how hot it has been and we had to wait for replacement parts to be ordered by the home warranty company), they're amazing. They go into detail of what needs to be repaired and discuss the best path forward with you, and their work quality is top notch.

The team at Aranda Air installed a new AC system at my home. They provided excellent, efficient, and on-time service and coordinated all of the required city permits and testing. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and installation process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I especially liked that they took additonal time after install to thoroughly test the entire system and to educate me about each part of the new system so I could be aware of any potential issues should they arise. They were courteous and respectful of my home and made sure to protect my carpets with drop cloths during install. Aranda installed a new HVAC system for us last year and we had a short cycling issue after turning it on for the first time. Louis prioritized our service call, troubleshot it efficiently and was very accommodating. Definitely would recommend. Great small business, great customer service.

Louis is absolutely professional and helpful on repairing my Thermostat. He shows up on time and take steps by steps to make sure my AC would be working property before getting a new thermostat for replacement. Definitely recommend using Aranda Air service!

Our furnace was a million years old and stopped working. Our home insurance linked us with Aranda Air to replace our furnace. Overall a good experience. They even tired to fit us between appts because we were in a rush to sell the house. One of the good companies here used by our home warranty.

Aranda Air worked out great for us. The workers were friendly, quiet, and efficient, and contained the work really well—they protected our floors and garden. Louis worked with us on getting as small a unit as possible, which we really appreciated because our yard is so small. Highly recommend!
