David Martinico of Martinico and Sons did an exceptional job of removing and replacing the furnace at the condo located in Capitola. The working space was very small but yet they were neat, clean and efficient. The City approved the job without any problems. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to have furnaces or water heaters replaced.

V. Martinico and Sons provided top notch customer service, skill and price.

I was nervous upgrading my system (heater and AC) but working with the Martinico family was awesome. Everyone I worked with really stepped up and made sure I understood the process, start to finish. They gave me all of my options and found what worked in my budget.

The workmanship is awesome and they didn't leave a mess behind!

I highly recommend contacting them with any HVAC needs. They are there to get the job done right, the first time.

I finally caved to my family's request for central AC. I got four bids and decided to go with Martinico and Sons. Their prices were competitive but I was also reassured that they've been operating in San Jose since the 1950s. The entire experience end-to-end was extremely positive. The estimate process was scheduled within day, and was friendly, transparent
about pricing, and professional. The crew of 3 (and 4 on the third and final installation day) were consistently friendly, professional, and open to answering all my questions. They arrived on time all three days, took care around our home and yard, and stayed busy working the entire 2.5 days. The email communication with the main office was extremely professional and consistently prompt. Highly recommend from every aspect!
