I own a restaurant in downtown Los Gatos. Of course when something happens with the refrigeration it happens late at night or at odd hours. Last night was no exception. Our walk in wasn't staying cold which could have resulted in a massive loss of food and would have cost us a lot of money. I contacted R&R around 9:30 pm and the on call technician called me right back. He helped trouble shoot a few things and was at our place about 20 minutes after we spoke. Brad correctly figured out the issue and fixed it in less than 2 hours. I even left him there to lock up after he was done! He provided text updates, photos and videos to show that everything was working before he left which was a HUGE relief. He identified one potential issue that needs to be corrected and followed up with me today to make sure it was scheduled. Matthew helped with the reschedule and the estimate he gave is very reasonable. I am very happy with the follow through and highly recommend Brad for any work you may need! He knows what he's doing.

I had the pleasure of working the team here at R&R Refrigeration & Air Conditioning for a recent urgent request we had for a commercial cooler. They were prompt and really responsive. I find being a Facility Maintenance Manager that communication is most valuable in my field, and R&R has great communication and they work fast.

Great business, we were having issues with our Refrigeration and AC company and we luckily found R&R. They saved us thousands the first day they came in, we soon switched over to R&R for all our work done on our units.
