We are really happy with the work that R&R has done on our HVAC systems. I am a commercial property manager and usually dread having to try new vendors. This wasn't the case for R&R. Mary, the scheduler, is very attentive and easy to get in touch with. She was able to schedule site visits to 3 of our commercial buildings (office and industrial) within a day of scheduling. They have great prices if you make them a preferred vendor and their tech's (we worked with Sopio and Mike) are very knowledgeable. Great team!

R&R does great work! They always respond to my calls in a prompt manner and the technicians have always been super professional when handling the issues. When something needs to be fixed, the technician will call me if I'm not at the store and break down what needs to be done. I've never felt like they are trying to sell you something you dont need. They are def. my go to service center for fridge work!
