Quick response to examine a broken heat pump (the fan on the outside unit). They returned as promised when the part came in and installed quickly and for a fair price. I then hired them to do a routine maintenance check on my main furnace. Phone communication for scheduling and arrival window was superb. Techs on site were clean, respectful, knowledgeable, and did a great job. I will have them back to my home when needed.

The Air Care team is always polite and professional. Today, James came to do fall maintenance. He called prior to arrival. Arrived on time and was quick and efficient. Thank you for the great service!

Update: Today Javier came to do a spring maintenance. He was on time, professional and gave us top notch service. AirCare has trained their employees to give excellent customer service.

Javier was awesome. Was right on time. Explained everything he was doing. After completing the maintenance, he installed a soft starter on the AC unit that I had previously purchased. Cleaning the dryer vent, it came apart. He resecured it.

I’ve used Air care as a subcontractor for many of our construction projects. I’ve also worked with most of their crew members including Luis and Juan who are always very professional and knowledgeable in their field of work. I highly recommend Air care!
