James came to replace our furnace filters and check the whole system. He was very nice and professional and did a great job. He replaced the filter, vacuumed out the furnace cabinet, checked for carbon monoxide while it was running, and even explained to me how to clean the filter in the future. Definitely would recommend this service 👍🏼

James installed insulation for our AC pipes in the attic. The heat in the attic resulted in water condensing on the copper pipes. And they used to drip through the ceiling, smoke alarms, ... Etc. James fixed that by applying insulation. Totally recommend the service.

James came in for a quick diagnosis of HVAC system and was a amazing professional! He got the job done fast and laid out the next steps. Good experience!

Javier and James came to do regular maintenance for my heater and water heater (I'm on the Silver plan). They were on time, and got right to business. They double checked that all was working fine. James also did maintenance for our air conditioner before as well. It worked great over the hot spell in 2022! Kintroy also did a couple maintenance visits in the past too, and his work is solid as well. Air Care has got a great team going!

Brian has fixed my air conditioner and heater, and done regular maintenance, consistently a great experience. He always double checks his work, follows Covid protocols to a tee, and is conscientious about wearing the indoor shoe coverings so my floors don't get dirty. Scheduling appointments with Victoria is always pleasant. I highly recommend them!

My neighbor referred me to Air Care. James Q came on time for repair my AC unit. He found my AC is not cooling due to leaking issue. He installed leak sealant, added more refrigerant and he cleaned the filter.
AC is cooling now. we also joined care club-gold.
James did a good job.

James came out to our home and he did a fantastic job! He checked our system and reset the thermostat. As part of the maintenance, he also cleaned out our duct system and removed a lot of dust. We Had a problem with our heater not turning on , James came out and was super friendly and professional from the start, and resolved our heater issue that afternoon. We really appreciate James professionalism and knowledge to get our heater working during this cold winter.
