Kintroy, an AC engineer, is very helpful and professional. He appeared in a neat uniform with an adequate tool box while carrying out works. He presented himself as trustworthy and knowledgeable regardless of a small or big job. We will definitely use his services when needed.

Joey and his team have been fantastic both in maintaining an existing furnace and recently in installing central AC for our house in time for summer. Extra shout-out to Kintroy, Adolph, and Jeffrey who installed the AC this past week. ***Update from Sep 2021 - Air Care continues to be great in managing service for both our furnace and AC. Very accomodating as we've had questions and requests along the way (ie adjusting air flow to be higher vs lower in certain rooms across the house)

We recently needed some adjustments on our heating system and called your company for an appointment. The service tech, Kintroy, arrived at the scheduled time and fixed our problem. So glad we had the Spring A/C maintenance performed a few weeks ago and the necessary repair that was identified. We were able to use our A/C this past weekend when the temps got high out. Thanks Air Care!

I was compelled to write this review because of the excellent service I received from Air Care Heating & Cooling. I want to specifically acknowledge the team of Moses and Sergio who did the installation of my new furnace and AC. Because of the age and design of the home, the installation was not simple and straightforward. I would have been concerned about it being done properly with any other company, which is why I chose Air Care in the first place, even at a slightly higher cost. They are not the cheapest - but I wanted to know the job was done right.

Moses and Sergio were on time every day, professional, detailed and thorough, patient with my questions and concerns. respectful of my time and space and clean! I would hire them again in a second! I highly recommend Air Care Heating and Cooling and this team!
