Robb arrived within the given time window. When he first arrived, he removed his shoes, and when he went back out to get his equipment, he came back in with shoe covers before walking onto our carpet. (We always appreciate that.) He worked swiftly and was very friendly and patient with my barking puppy. He is another great representative of a company we’ve been happy to use for the past 5 years.

Excellent company. I called them at 1:30 pm as our storage room
had water everywhere on the floor where the ac unit sits. The tech was at our house about 6:00. As this was considered an emergency they fit us in. Very grateful for the service with Ray o cook.
