I recently had RAY O COOK, replace my heating and air-conditioning unit after it went out during the storm. The entire process from start to finish, was amazing. They came out the next day to diagnose the issue (the tech was amazing) and we decided to replace the unit. Danny, our salesperson, was very nice and understanding. The tech was installed our unit was knowledgeable, and extremely hardworking. The gentleman who fixed the air vents in the house notice I was missing smoke detectors and replace three for me. Outstanding customer service, you’ve got a lifelong customer in me. And today I received cookies from them which no company has ever done. Good job.

Everything about our service was exceptional. We received a notice 30 minutes prior to the technician arriving. The technician was friendly and pleasant, quickly got to work diagnosing, and had the issue resolved quickly. After everything was fixed and inspected, he did a very good job explaining the issue and what the resolution was, including showing pictures.

Ray O Cook sent a technician to our home very quickly when our AC went out during a heat wave of a holiday weekend. They arrived on time, were professional, and after evaluating the unit, they advised us on the status of our problem. After hearing the options, we decided on the repair that made sense to us, and the technician had us up and running in no time. Prices were reasonable, too. Very pleased with the service and the results.

Vincent Salas is a terrific member of your team. A true asset. He was friendly, very informative without being pushy, very professional considering he was working on the compressor in 100+ degree weather. I would like him to be my normal technician to come out for any type of maintenance.

A/C failed amidst a 110 degree hot spell. Cook returned my call for help in less than an hour. I was given a service appointment for the following day. Joe, the technician, called to confirm and showed up right on time. After a brief review of the thermostat and filters he went straight to the outdoor equipment, confirmed the problem was there, removed the access panel, identified the failed capacitor, located a new one on his truck, installed same, and restarted the repaired unit! All of this in 30 min! I can't say enough nice things about the overall experience! Joe and Ray O. Cook have earned my respect! Thanks, guys!

Technician good; Issue with company. (1) What was to be a 76 diagnostic BECAME 900 invoice for "recommended work". Which included 76 for review; I feel the 75 should have been applied toward whole bill; which I did as recommended. (2) Also no provision for monthly payments; needed to use credit card or pay in full the day of service. (3). Also sent invoice to email; my technology doesn't work well . I asked for hard copy at time of service. He could not provide it. This is why I will look for some other provider. Capitalism at the expense of social consciousness.

Ray O. Cook Heating and Air has always been responsive and caring the few times we have had air conditioning issues. During this last heat wave the technician was actually early and quickly solved the problem. They installed a new unit for us as well years ago and we would recommend them very highly.

After having been left with a bad experience with Beutler (they failed to show on an scheduled appointment and never followed up with me after several attempts), my experience with Ray O Cook was phenomenal. On time. Professional. Honest. They met all my high standards and got our AC system fixed quickly and efficiently. Our technician Joe was truly outstanding and was very good in his communications and describing the issues. I highly recommend them and never will use Beutler again.

Paul, Willy, Kevin, Jose and the entire Ray O. Cook Heating & Air team did an outstanding job of engineering the correct HVAC system for our home and installing it both quickly and more importantly professionally.They make a great team and we are very happy that they were assigned our project.

The office staff and support team did a great job of keeping us informed every step of the way and for getting all of the systems many components ordered and delivered efficiently. Ray Cook continues to take care of us well after 5 years! We had several HVAC before Cook. Over the last 5 years we have replaced all systems and have them continue to service them all very well! They are fair and efficient and my systems work amazingly well.
