Michael was on time, introduced himself and the company at the door, took a look at the heating issue we had, applied his knowledge first, corrected the issue, got the main issue fixed, made other suggestions for system longevity, and to possibly correct the issue from happening in the future. Got some quotes on proofing my system. I would definitely recommend Michael from Ray O Cook.
