We had a great experience with installation team. Roy showed up early, and was considerate to make sure he did not disturbed us as it was an early morning install. Roy, Kevin and Enrique were very informative, professional and sensitive to our needs as my wife is currently going thru chemotherapy. They did an outstanding job and we are extremely happy with our purchase. It's only been a few days, but what a difference from our 28-yr old system.

Garrett (the tech) was on time, friendly, professional, tidy and a great communicator. He kept us appraised at every step.

and another great service from Ray O. Cook. From the multiple reminders of the service appointment to the follow up afterwards, this is a great company. This time for repairs-the techs were on time, friendly, professional, and even cleaned up all their fingerprints on the hatch! Furnace now works great. Couldn't be happier and will definitely keep using them.

Another great service call for routine maintenance. Brice was even early (they called to make sure it was ok if he came
early). Friendly, professional, topped off Freon in our unit installed last winter (under warranty and not uncommon in units installed in winter). Will definitely keep using them.

And yet another great service from Ray O Cook! On the hottest day of the year, and one of the hottest on record, they came out after hours to repair our nephews AC which went out the day before. They had an appointment that day with another company which cancelled on them so we called Ray O Cook who answered promptly, gave us options for appointments, kept us apprised on arrival time (and were even able to get there early!) and got the AC back up and running. Can't say enough good things about this company!

Garrett came back for our routine check-on time, clean, changed our filters for us-even made friends with our anxious dog! Can't beat Ray O.Cook!

Bryce was in time, friendly, quick and neat. Problem fixed and heat back on.

My A/C quit working I called on Saturday Labor Day weekend and 106° Joe was at my door Sunday at 8:00am. And had it all fixed up and working by 10:00. Very responsive, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Ray O Cook.

I went back to Ray O Cook to replace my HVAC system. The salesman Paul was excellent, explained everything completely.

The installers led by Roy Kelley were amazing, they were on time worked hard and were very professional and courteous.

Ray O Cook installed a new HVAC system for us 2 years ago and now maintains it. They use top quality products, their system is more efficient than our previous system, saving us money on our gas and electric bills. Everyone from the people who answer the phone to the technicians, to the general manager are great!! Helpful, professional, extremely knowledgeable , and friendly. I can’t recommend them enough. We used another company when we moved to the area and are VERY happy that we switched!!

As usual, Ray O. Cook did a great job with our bi-annual maintenance, filter replacement, and system check. Bob the Technician, was very professional and informative. We like working with this Company and have been very pleased with the new HVAC system they installed in Dec. 2019.

Rob was awesome. Had us back up and running in literally about 10 min.

The installers were early and the jobs was done as they said. Though a small obsticle, the install was completed way before expected and the installers and staff that showed up were all very professional and vreat to work with. I recommend their service.
