All staff members that we had interaction with were friendly, courteous, & efficient. The engineer visited our home & discussed heating & air conditioning that would work for us. Techs arrived on time to replace our heating & ac system; they tested the system after installation, then cleaned up all their mess before they left our home. Excellent experience with Ray O. Cook Heating & Air Company.

A year after installation I continue to be impressed with the services provided by Ray O. Cook. Taylor Johnson just conducted the complimentary 1 year checkup. TJ was professional, knowledgeable and communicated well. The system continues to operate as expected.

Our AC went out on the hottest day on record! Ray O. Cook had the most and highest ratings of all HVAC contractors. We were able to make an appointment for the next day. The technician was communicative with his ETA. The problem was diagnosed and fixed for much less than we anticipated. The AC was working and in a short time our home was cool again. We were offered a discount on a maintenance contract which will allow us to keep our unit running well into the future. This is a very professional and honest business, we recommend them highly.

Wanted an independent assessment apart from the service company our home warranty provided. We’re waiting on the home warranty and haven’t decided to go with Ray O yet but would like to. Very impressed by the level of service and time the tech took to help us understand the problem and recommend solutions. Would use and recommend!

Bryce did a great job. However, it would be nice if the technician would wear shoes cover when walking over carpets in the house.
