We replaced our entire system consisting of two units. The guys that did the work were wonderful. I am happy that we found Ray O. Cook to replace our system! We received a bid from another company for less, but I went with Ray O. Cook because I felt so much more confident in what they explained needed done. We are super happy with the work they did. Extremely hard working installers! They were here for two full days in hot heat! They were amazing!

We hired Ray O. Cook Heating & Air to replace our 16 year old system with a brand new one. We went from 1 thermostat in our 2-story home to a 2 stage 2 thermostat system.

Installation was clean and timely. We had gotten 3 other estimates and Ray's education process and 0% financing were much more appealing.

I do have to note that 1 of our estimates from a company I won't name (South Placer) was highway robbery. They tried to sell us a 3 ton, single stage 14 SEER (bottom of the line) for over $21k, with a 5% interest rate. Meanwhile, we picked up our new 17 SEER (other specs above) for less than that, and again 0% interest.
