Great crew that operated very efficiently in the install of the new system. They made sure that they protected the inside of the house from any damage or mess and cleaned up everything inside and outside at completion of the install. They made sure that the new system was functioning properly and efficiently before leaving and that we understood how the new thermostat operated. Have used Ray O Cook services for years and have never been disappointed. Thanks to Paul who answered all our questions and set up the install and Randy’s and his crew for a painless installation for us.

Absolute professionals! Garret had our A/C unit back up and running in minutes. Took the time to run a diagnostic on our old a/c unit and explained to us all the parameters so we could make an intelligent decision on future replacement or repair. All within 1 hr. We will definitely use them in the future for replacing the old unit. They design a system for your particular house not like other companies that just use the simple square footage to measure how many tons you will need for your unit. They have earned our trust!

The technician was very thorough, and super friendly and helpful. He was really helpful when showing us how to use the thermostat.

Cook was recommended by a friend. They removed the old furnace and condenser and replaced them with all new equipment in a day. It has been running perfectly for the past year. Just finished a service visit after the first year. Their technician Matt spent about an hour checking the system for any problems, tested the vent pressure, and went over all of it with me. Matt was courteous and professional as were the installers last year. I highly recommend Ray O Cook.

I have used Ray O cook for our ac/heating for a couple of years. We have had Michael do our work twice and we have been very happy with his professionalism and his work. I will try to always schedule maintenance calls with him as our technician. I just don’t want him to be too busy to come here! He’s great!

Technician Taylor Johnson was very helpful. More than just fixing the issue, he took the time to discuss care/maintenance, recommendations, and general info on our system. he was very realistic a bout expectations for our old ac unit. Great experience today.

I have used them before but this particular service man did an outstanding job in our malfunctioning A/C. The prices have certainly escalated since last time but the work had to be done before we got too overheated as we are in our 80’s. We signed up for your annual plan again as we had done before. I want to be sure we get the same service man though because I recommend him highly.
