Alex came in and remembered where the attic was. He was proficient and had great customer service. He even let our cat out.

Garrett was thorough and professional. He advised of our options to fix crack in heating element. He also provided approximate costs for us to consider and offered up his supervisor’s number if we needed to discuss further.

Very friendly and accommodating. Technician explain things in terms that are understable to customers. Also they don't overcharge and they tell you up front the cost. I forgot I had a membership from 2 years ago that expired and they not only let me know about it, but honored it as well.

Mike was knowledgeable and his customer service was awesome. Easy to talk. He explained the service and shared knowledge about our unit.

It was nice to have a 2hr window for our appointment and we received a text including a picture of our technician Garrett when he was on his way. He was very nice & friendly and got us up & going. Thank you.

Joe is an expert with HVAC system! Great report and explanation to understand the issues versus Villara the company who installed the system when house was purchased. Major difference with service and knowledge. Lennar housing who works with Villara company is terrible when it comes to their service and knowledge. They weren't as thorough as this company who provides detailed report. The company Villara didn't want to take accountability to replace anything that should have been done with the same issues attended by them. On the side note, we didn't get to use any of the warranty thru Villara and these recurrent issues have been unresolved. The services by the company Ray O. Cook have been amazing as they were able to figure out the main issues and what to do when it arise again. Things that could have been fix or replace during the warranty period.

A++++ Excellent communication from the very beginning when calling the office, when Danny P. came out and gave us the estimate all the way until the installation was completed. Luis, John, and Julian were a great crew and worked well together. They were always pleasant and professional. They took the time to answer any questions we had and we are very happy with our new system. We have contacted the office and Danny after the installation with a few questions and they got back to us promptly.

Robb arrived right on time and did a great job servicing my heater and explaining the various steps he took during his time here, including pictures. He was very quick, yet thorough and personable.
