To Whom it May Concern:
I recently purchased a new home and in keeping up with my warranty obligations as a homeowner I called Environmental Heating & Air being as the preferred Lennox dealer in my area.

Tim Klapp came out and listened to my concerns and I asked him to please inspect thoroughly both the AC and especially the Furnace system in the attic. We have been here six months and we had no idea what was up there or the integrity of the installation of the new home builder?

Tim took the time and a lot photos for us noting everything he had found that needed attention. This included discovering multiple air ducts issues, an improper installation on a key part of the furnace, 2 high voltage circuits hanging in the air not secured and a brand-new fresh air ventilator system not even installed into our new home as it should have been. The fact is the system was gutted and total dysfunctional from the day we moved in.

We cannot thank Tim Klapp enough in taking the time to document this so the home builder can rectify their sloppy work and the missing fresh air ventilator system that we paid for. We became a preferred customer because of Tim Klapp…

Kevin was great. He was on time was able to diagnose the problem and explain what it would require to fix it. He is coming again next week because the parts needed are on back order but I was able to schedule the follow up with ease and to my availability. Patrick was Awesome, professional and kind. He was thorough and completed the work quickly. I felt at ease and trusted his honest assessment of my unit. He did not try to up sell me but did go over all my options and costs. I will continue to use EHA and plan on referring them to my uncle!

My A/C went out and not once but twice they got an appointment for me same day. My technician Tim was fabulous. He worked so hard 1 full day, & a half day the next in the horrible, hot attic. He explained what was wrong, how they would fix it, and did all of it with a smile on his face. I’ve had nothing but problems with my A/C since getting it installed. This was my first time using Environmental & I am a very satisfied customer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alonzo does amazing service, he has been our maintain effective guy the majority of the services done. Accept for the new heating system a few years back. Very courteous, wears shoes coves,, gives detail info on all maintain done. Cleans up after each job, Before he leaves he goes over his work in detail to make sure we understand. He is very though in making recommendations for what needs to be done to keep the equipment in top condition. We are very grateful for his very warm personality. Knows his work and very detailed in explanation of what he has done. We are grateful for Environmental Heating and air. The death of my grandson has kinda thrown me off a bit but we are working on getting everything updated. Again, thank you so much.

I was extremely pleased with our service visit. Ben arrived on time, checked out the equipment, ran some tests, and showed me some things to consider for the future. He listened to my questions and answered them in terms I could understand. He showed me some more things on the thermostat that should improve the efficiency of the way we use the system. Overall, this was an excellent experience.10-19-2020--Ben checked out our furnace, changed the filter, adjusted the air return tubing. All in all did an excellent job. We are pleased!

it started with a very pleasant conversation with Jill as we discussed about the issue I was having. The appointment we made was very convenient and Ross, the tech was not only prompt but very professional and courteous as well. After a thorough explanation of the issue, he gave me different options in addressing my concerns and I could tell that he was very knowledgeable. I sensed a lot of honesty from this man. Technician Tim Klapp replaced my nest protect co detector and covered it my warranty. Previous technician who came out did not address the issue. Tim is extremely professional and did educate me on the best protect. I give Tim 5 stars on great service.
