These folks are very efficient and the sales people are very professional. They like all HVAC companies have their lines that they tend to promote over... say competitors. But either way if you normalize HVAC systems you're going to get a good one from this company.

My General Electric HVAC system was 45 years old. After replacing the Blower Motor 2 times and the Condenser twice and PG&E rates out of sight I decided to replace my HVAC unit and 7 out of 10 Air Ducts replaced, only 7 as 3 were between floors. Josh Madieros was my Design Specialist suggested a 80% vs 99% efficiency systems I opted for the SLP99V Furnace with the SL28XCV 4-ton Condenser with a SEER up to 28.
The Environmental Heating & Air Solutions Removal & Install Team of Lead Kevin Rivas, Jacob Arias and Markus Elers took the better part of 2 days to remove my old equipment and install my new HVAC system and replaced seven ducts on March 9 & 10, 2023 and did a fantastic job. They laid down floor protection for inside work. The system testing was completed but only did a small test on the Air Conditioning unit as the temperature was in the hi 50's, I will give it a good test when it gets hot. The Heating works great and very quiet. I very happy with my new Lennox HVAC, Costco and Environmental Heating & Air Solutions.
I was finally able to test the AC unit on the last hot spell we had on April 26th thru the 29th. My system worked great, I just had to throttle back on the down stairs registers to get a balance of cool air up stairs. This is a great system, it’s quiet and very efficient as I checked on usage on line @ PG&E.

Technician Jonathan was out to my home for maintence. Absolutely wonderful customer serivce. He sent me a text when he was on his way to my home with an ETA. I so appreciated that. Jonathan was so knowledgeable and was a master at his work when discussing heating and cooling with my husband. He showed us tips and educated us on this system we have installed a year ago. Since I have bad allergies, he also mentioned how there is an addition to help with allergies. I had no idea this was available may purchase in the future. I am so happy with the service this company provides. So friendly and helpful. Their expierence really shows and they hire the best of the best. I will be requesting Jonathan for all my future services! Believe me, if I ever have an issue I know exactly who to call. Kevinn Velasquez is totally committed to his job. His professionalism in completing his work goes beyond human nature. His workmanship is excellent. This evening after working a long shift elsewhere, about forty minutes away, he comes back to my home to do a follow-up check from last Friday's installation of a Lennox AC and furnace unit. He greets us with a big smile and begins to reassess furnace unit and supervises 2 colleagues replacing the circuit breaker for energy efficiency. He is a man of great integrity and honesty because he showed up at our front door as promised to do the follow up work. In other words, he goes the extra mile to make customers like us happy. Overall, our experience with Kevinn exhibits attributes of great competence for HVAC units, strong leader in getting the job done while taking care of clients needs, and exceeding his own company's needs to deliver excellent services in our community. We enjoyed every moment working with Kevin, and we love our HVAC unit. We would highly recommend Kevinn for anyone in need of HVAC systems.

Carey Sommer was a Professional, Knowledgeable, and Friendly technician. I got a text notification before his arrival and he came out with the scheduled time frame. He patiently listened and explained throughly our questions and concerns. He did a great job on our Lennox HVAC system maintenance. He clearly explained details on what he did today and the steps that needs to be done on next visit. He gave us tips and recommendations. The initial visit to discuss our needs went just like they said it would—we had a lengthy conversation about what we could get from a new HVAC system, and Chris prepared a very competitively-priced estimate on the spot.

The installation crew showed up when they said they would, everyone operated at a professional caliber and they handled the job expertly even with a minor surprise water leak. We appreciate that they just handled some of the smaller details that came up during a new system installation (moving a light in the furnace closet, routing new drain and coolant lines and a water line leak).

I had 4 different HVAC companies quote us on a complete system replacement, one was even a little less then Environmental, but none compared to the professionalism, expertise and knowledge of this company... The two young men that came to install our system were very polite and respective while performing the installation. They were also Very professional and knowledgeable about the systems they were installing, and taking time to answer every question we had as the installation proceeded. I am very conscious of how well someone performs their jobs and I must say, these two installers were meticulous with respect to the job they performed... At completion, they spent all the time we requested to go over our new system and were very patient in answering all our questions... I complained numerous times about the loudness of the fan whenever my heater or AC turned on. Nicole DeLuc assured me at various steps in the inspection process that a sound blanket would be installed, in order to satisfy my complaint. This was never done despite two inspectors noticing the fan's sound was unacceptable. I was dissatisfied and I would not recommend Haddon.
