I’m revising this review as my wife submitted the first one and it wasn’t 100% accurate. I’m giving the overall experience 3 stars. The installation crew, time, and equipment were great, 5 stars. They completed the whole job in a day and a half.

The salesman Brandon I believe his name was I give 3 stars. He was good and thorough with his inspection and setting proper install expectations. However, like most other salesman, he is just that. I’ve been in sales for 25 years and I’m full aware of the tactics sales people use to get the sale. He was a little too textbook in his approach in my opinion. He gave a few false promises about how he follows up with all his accounts. If it’s one thing I hate it’s being lied to.

My wife and I had a specific budget we wanted to stay around for financing. Brandon pulled out his computer after talking with us about a few options and mentioned since we were going through Costco we would get a Costco card for $2600 or so after the install was done. Personally this got me excited because I had a few things on my list I could use that card for.
Long story short, Brandon initially gave us a financing option with a great interest rate and term that was going to work perfectly for us and we were happy and ready to move forward. A few hours later he had called me and said the financing option he had us for was only for solar. SOLAR!?!? He was now not able to honor that option but the company came up with an alternative option that was a higher interest rate and shorter term which gave us a higher payment than we wanted. AND because that particular option had a dollar limit BY AROUND $2600 Conveniently, we would have to turn our Costco store card over to them once we received it.

To say that I was unhappy is an understatement as it seems like everything was in this company’s favor and nothing in ours other than a new HVAC system that is our most pricey investment since purchasing our home.

We have yet to turn over those Costco cards because the initial work did not pass city inspection and I had to take two separate days off from work to accommodate installers to come back and correct the errors. And we have yet to receive anything about the inspection.

Corey Sommer was the best technician I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was thorough, he was polite, and he explained what he had done in terms I could understand. His approach to working with Customers was outstanding. I look forward to working with him and his company in the future.

I’m SO pleased with Environmental Heating & Air. I’ve used them twice now and both times they were very prompt, came right away, were professional and able to diagnose and fix our AC right away. Our Tech Tim Klapp was knowledgeable and very quick to get our AC running again. When it’s summer and so hot I’m thankful to have Environmental to come to our AC needs. Don’t hesitate to call them for your AC needs.

Company wise is not good but I would like to strongly recommend the technician Shannon who repaired our plenum. When we were in the struggle of the unaffordable quotation of new replacement, he was the only one who really cared about our family’s health and provided a less expensive way to repair, which is totally different from the feeling with his company and demonstrated his professional, during the repair process, you can easily tell this is not an easy route but he was always smiling and explained everything to me patiently and professionally, turned out the solution works perfectly and we were so appreciated. So for all of you who needs any service from this company; remember to designate Shannon!

I would really like to give 5 stars, because Jon, Kevin, and Dillard were awesome. Punctual, cleaned up, professional, checked in when we had minor issues after installation, and they went above and beyond. However, something happened during installation that blew out one of our electrical outlets. Jon was aware of the issue and said he'd be sure to send someone out to look at it. No one has come back after 3 weeks. I have called, emailed, and texted about this, and still haven't received a response. Considering how much we spent on our brand new HVAC system, I would think coming out one more time could be arranged (another crew is even installing at our neighbor's house down the street). Good news is, the system is amazing! We just want to be able to plug our printer back in!!

My husband and I spoke with Gina in the office. She patiently and politely answered all of our questions regarding the services being provided and also regarding available plans that could save us money. Gina was completely knowledgable and even seemed to enjoy being as helpful as she was.

Jorge was the technician who came to our home. He was professional and knowledgeable and took good care of our system. We appreciate the care he used in our home.

Very impressed with Carey on his professionalism and knowledge. Our heater was making a loud noise which was concerning. Thinking about the possibility of an electrical problem we turned the heater off and called Environmental Heating and Air Solutions. We were able to get an appointment and Carey came out promptly. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and presented options for us. Lucky for us he had the needed zone control board in his van and was able to replace and test in minimal time. Thank you for the outstanding service!

These company is very professional. They arrived on time and took care of my water heater, which wasn't producing any hot water. I will definitely use them again.

Antonio did heating tune up. Very nice. Explains things. Emailed pictures. Great people and company, the best one we had in 30 years!
