Environmental Heating & Air Solutions and their employee Chris Couloures are the people that I will do business with. When Chris inspected our unit he did an excellent job and gave us the options. He was honest and straightforward, I know this is true because other companies only provided the total replacement options. When I am ready to replace my unit Environmental Heating & Air Solutions will have my business.

They are an amazing company ! We have had no AC in this triple digit weather along with having a baby in our home and being sick with a cold. They were able to set up an appointment basically for the next day! Whoever the lady was that I spoke with on the phone was amazing! She kept giving our landlord a call like I asked for two days until he answered and got Kevin out here ASAP! Kevin did an amazing job and even triple checked his work and made sure we were satisfied! My brother works for Dependable and no offense but I love this companies work lol. When you have this company come out ask for Kevin and I hope you also get the lady that helped me on the phone

These guys were terrific! They let me know the date/time they were coming, confirmed, and showed up ON TIME! Work was done quickly and efficiently - heater works great, couldn’t be happier!! They have also serviced our A/C during 108 degree days - fast and did excellent job! Follow up service is quick, prices are beyond fair

We have FINALLY found someone to find the issue with our Lennox AC Unit!!!!

After 30 minutes of being here… Carey (my new hero) found out what was wrong and it is indeed the return valve. Which we found out is a rare occurrence in these Lennox units.
When asking about the possibility of the other hvac company that installed it… and also asking about the chances of the techs missing it when they are a Lennox servicer… Carey said it could’ve happened later on in the life of the system and it would be so hard to know when exactly it happened. He ran the tests and found out what was wrong and we are now on the road to getting it fixed.

When I tell you that customer service is such a big deal to me- I really can’t emphasize it enough.
He told me each test he was running, explained it to me so I can understand, literally sat on my couch and explained in detail to my my realtors.. and my husband as well.
He even called to make sure the part we needed was in stock and has it ready to be dropped off at his office and he got me in this Thursday to fix it!

I really can’t give them a better review!
IF you are looking for someone in the sacramento/ Bay Area to service or repair your units and you have Lennox or any other unit- This is the company!!

Our 2015 Lennox HVAC has had multiple problems in the past 2 years - uneven air distribution, rodent damage to the outside system, refrigerant leaks & a failing evaporative coil and then a real head-scratcher - repeated system resets (thought it was a bad control panel).

Carey & Patrick figured it all out (old damper door sticking, coil failure and poor drain switch install), gave us good advice and fixed most of it - sometimes after someone else messed up. Great job of trouble shooting and giving us options.

My HVAC system appeared to periodically be struggling/failing to cool the temperature to that set at the thermostat. Carey Sommer performed a thorough inspection of my 17-year-old system, during which he found the indoor fan motor and it's capacitor to both be leaking oil. Carey explained how this could cause the indoor fan motor to not perform properly. Another potential reason for the problem, jointly or by itself, is the outdoor fan motor seizing due to excessive heat. Carey explained things well as he went during the inspection, and when done we sat down and he clearly explained the options and the corresponding costs. He is obviously very knowledgeable, explains things well, and my sense is that he was truthful and not trying to upsell me. My girlfriend has a contract with this firm for them to perform two maintenance inspections each year and has been very satisfied with them. I had been meaning to subscribe as well (but kept procrastinating) and finally did so after the inspection. Doing so reduced the cost of the inspection and will entitle me to a discounted price on future repairs. I will probably bite the bullet and pay the substantial sum to replace the indoor fan motor and capacitor, but may wait until the other HVAC system is inspected in a couple of months (my house has two similarly-aged HVAC systems) and see what possible dollar items await me there.

You company was awesome, came out next day. when our AC went out unexpectedly on a 100 plus degree day. The technician Nowel was right on time, and did a fantastic job quickly diagnosing the issue and repairing on the spot. He went the extra mile ensuring we had the proper parts installed and even verified the temperature of our vents.. He was helpful, courteous, and a professional. Overall I feel not only were the repairs handled in a quality matter but also the price was fair. We will definitely call you company again for our AC needs!

My experience with environmental started with the very first phone call I made to them. Gina answer the phone with professional greeting and a lovely attitude. I have to say I called several other companies prior to that but her voice and her vibe on the phone was the reason I chose this service.
It was followed up by a visit from Hans, Who delivered a diagnostic to me regarding my furnace . He was professional, gracious and very ,very personable. On top of that he was knowledgeable and explained my options.
I was happy to have a follow up appointment a few days later where he replaced a part that was faulty . Restoring my home with the warmth that it needed.
I invested in their maintenance plan because I look forward to seeing Hans again twice a year for tune ups.
I cannot say enough about this company, and it’s employees .... the service and conduct are amazing !!
I look forward to having a lasting relationship with this company and the employees it keeps...
