Great communication regarding the air conditioner issue we were having and setting up a convenient time for our appointment. Vasyl was early and waited patiently. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Vasyl did a great job repairing our old AC unit. Great service all the way around. He was very prompt and kept in good communictation especially on a very hot weekend day. The AC repair needed was explained well, the service preformed in short order and our AC is up and running again! Very happy with Vasyl AC Heating & Air. And since my old central heating unit should be checked out before next Winter sets in, I'll be contacting Vasyl for that service too.

Vasyl was very knowledgeable, and fixed our broken ac in less than 24 hours. He was mindful of our finances and offered a couple different solutions. He did what he said, and was extremely professional. Kind and honest man. Highly recommend !!!

My blower motor went out at 11pm during the record breaking heat wave of 9/2022. I immediately searched online for local companies that may be available the next day. Vasyl AC website asked for a description of the problem & contact info. Too my amazement, I received a text & email moments after. It said they would be here between 630-7am the next day and fix it! I was shocked and didn’t believe it. I was contacted the next morning with a 10 min eta and Vasyl AC arrived exactly at 630. He was very friendly, professional, and even removed his shoes until he reached the attic. The problem was quickly diagnosed as a bad motor. He had the part in his vehicle, replaced it and had the AC working by 730! The price was fair and reasonable. I’ve never had a technician respond as quickly to my request, arrive at the actual time stated and solve the problem as well as Vasyl AC. I will definitely call Vasyl AC for my future HVAC needs. Thank you so much for your promptness, communication and professional service. One of the best service calls I’ve ever had in my 25 years of home ownership. Thank you thank you!! I highly recommend Vasyl ! Vasyl contacted me right away and showed up thirty minutes after I contacted him. once he heard the AC is not working and I have kids in the house he came right away even though it was already 8:30pm. . He was polite, professional and upfront about what he was fixing and what is really needed to repair my AC.
