Antonio Cuervo provided excellent service. He arrived as scheduled and was very professional. It was clear he understood services to be provided and went above and beyond to make sure everything was operational. Clearly explained the process and what would be done. He provided excellent customer service. I would hire him back in a heartbeat!!!

Gabriel and Kevin were very professional, I got the heads up call on both days, they worked as a very capable team along with Douglas. They were focused on the job and did an amazing job installing our AC and heating system, they were nice and courteous, they explained what needs to be done and answered all my questions. This team know well what they’re doing and I highly recommend them.

While I’m disappointed in the number of issues my 2 1/2 year old system has had, I do appreciate the time Jorge Lopez spent on a Saturday night trying to get our system back up and running. He was professional and listened to my concerns and questions. He was honest when he didn’t have the parts or materials needed to repair the system and assured us that someone would be back out. Within 30mins of him leaving our house at 11pm we had and appointment scheduled for Monday evening via text message.

Avoid Environmental Heating & Air Solutions at all costs. They overcharge the elderly for unnecessary repairs. I used them in June for some routine HVAC maintenance at my 80-year old mother’s house and got an automated email with two appointments last week. I called them and they said the first was to break up a ~$1700 payment into installments, the second was to install a hard start kit and blower motor for the furnace “because the system has a rough start and the motor was leaking oil.”
I had another technician I trust (from another company) come out and take a look and not only was the furnace blower motor electrical (so no oil, much less leaking), but he told me the cost to replace an entire HVAC system is $3,000 and the cost of a blower motor is $200-300 tops. It was working perfectly fine and I was told her system should last another 5-10 years.

Had a good experience with Environmental Heating and Air thorughout the process. Matt was responsive and thorough in answering questions about the system choices and explaining the process for purchase and installation. Jacob and Kevin were punctual and proffesional with the installation answering questions and keeping me informed. One minor issue, but the company was quick to respond and sent Jon Ehlers who did a great job quickly isolating and fixing the issue. Very happy with the system and company.

Patrick can always be relied upon for timely, expert service. He is professional and also personable. Always a pleasure seeing him come in for routine maintenance. He looks out for potential problems and keeps things from going wrong by being proactive.

Eddie and his crew were excellent - they worked really well together as a team. They completed the replacement of our AC unit and relocation of our heater to the attic in 2 days. They were very respectful and friendly and we enjoyed listening to their friendly banter and laughter throughout the day. They were really good about letting us know what work was being done, answered our questions and cleaned up after the end of each day. They were a pleasure to have at our home and we were almost sorry to see them complete the job and leave. Nothing but best wishes to all of them. Thank you for a great experience.

Patrick Peace came out to service our HVAC system and was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was honest and did an excellent job fixing the issue with our unit. We highly recommend!!

From start to finish they were extremely professional, knowledgeable and truly helpful in taking the time and energy needed to fix my mothers systems but also educating us along the way!!
