The team at Environmental were excellent! From the very beginning when we requested an estimate to the very end when they cleaned up after installing the heating and air conditioning systems.

The representative for the estimate performed a thorough review and walked my husband through what we currently had, he drew an excellent diagram to explain how our ac and heating systems were working and explained why we had the issues with noise and inefficient cooling. Next he drew a diagram of the system that he recommended we have and explained each and every part and why it would work best. When we got to the price estimate we both had sticker shock! I had done some research and I was way off my highest estimate. The rep walked through every detail of the estimate and at my request provided options to reduce cost ( but of course that would impact efficiency, noise level, comfort and convince). The recent events with Covid, shipping and inflation has driven prices way up!

We thanked him for his estimate and let him know that we would get back to him in a few days. In the meantime we had two other companies come out (big tv advertisers in the Sacramento area) and they were not as thorough. One did provide a diagram of what they were going to do and also stated that one major piece of equipment ( I think something to do with the furnace) they were not going to replace because even though it was 23 years old it was still good but their estimate was $10k more than Environmental! The other company did not provide any diagrams and barely explained his system and to top it off the rep seemed annoyed that I had questions (thanks to environmental I was armed with knowledge)! Their estimate was $5k more than Environmental

Needless to say we went with Environmental’s system recommendation and it was the best decision we made. If your home is a forever home then it is worth the investment to put in a quality system that will last.

The workers were timely, professional and kept the work places neat and they cleaned up each day before they left. They answered any and all questions we had and assisted me with how to operate the system going forward.

By the way the Costco deal is excellent not only do you get the points for your executive membership they offer a Costco gift card for a percentage of your total price, mine will cover at least 8 months of my Costco purchases! Also Costco carries the warranty so that provides me with peace of mind knowing that in 10+ years if something does go wrong I will have Costco to provide coverage if necessary.

What a great experience! My landlord contacted Environmental Heating and Air after I contacted him to let him know that my AC wasn't putting out any cold air. They responded within minutes and I had an appointment the next day. Which is amazing considering it is the heat of the summer and was 104 today. They sent Carey out to check out the system and he was able to figure out that their was a faulty breaker and get it fixed the same day. He was friendly, professional and did a very thorough job checking out the system to make sure it was going to continue keeping me cool! I would use them time and time again (with a request that Carey do the work) and will refer them to all my friends.

Shannon was amazing, great attitude, listened to my issue, had my ac working in an hour. Very knowledgeable, giving me lots of helpful tools to keep my ac running at its best. Thank you so much for a job well done

Jonathan Monzo, senior service technician, is a Kool Professional. This was my 1st maintenance on my Lennox furnace and he went over every step with great zeal and passion. It's nice to know that EHAS has great individuals who care and get the job done efficiently with know how. I appreciate his work ethic too and he told me I could call him anytime if I have a question. He is quite experienced and a Fountainhead of knowledge.

Were happy to have found this company. Our house would not cool off and we got a same day appointment. Shannon came out and was 100% honest. He fixed our a/c and did a great job.

Patrick Peace, our repair Tech. did a great job going over all of the options why our air wasn't working. He gave his professional opinion, but let us have our own input on what to do first. He got it working, but was also honest about the extended outcome of the repair. Very nice and professional!

I love this company! Our A/C stopped working completely on a Friday and the weather was forcasted to be in the 100's for the next few days! I called the company on our thermostat and they wouldn't come out because we are renters. I asked my friend's for recommendations on a good A/C company. My boss and a friend of mine recommended them! I called and they were able to send a technician out that afternoon! Patrick was AMAZING! Although he couldn't fix the issue because the issue was with our breaker box and not the A/C unit itself, he made us aware of a health concern with the A/C unit. The fiberglass inside the unit is breaking down and coming through the vents. He wrote up a very detailed report of his findings and now the landlords are trying to get this issue repaired!

I was having issues with my A/C condensation. I reached out to Environmental and heating to come and diagnose the problem I had a tech at my house in 3 days. Corey arrived and was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to diagnose the problem within a timely manner and fixed it by flushing out the pipe. He also was very friendly and took the time to answer any questions that I had. Very nice and non stressful experience 👌 I would highly recommend this company for any of your A/C and heating concerns.
