We recently had this amazing company clean, seal, and put in new duct work to our attic, and insulation. I absolutely love the team especially, Kris, and Gabriel who came to the house multiple days. They were so kind, hard working, and courteous. They went above and beyond, explained things to me when I had questions, were on time, called as they were on their way, and I had the utmost faith in them and their work.

Gabriel noticed there was a board in the attic that was cracked. They came back and stabilized the broken board in the attic. Not only did they do that but they also puttied our ceiling, sanded, matches our paint, and repainted our ceiling. This kind of service it's not something I'm used to. They went above and beyond what they had to do. It was a great experience

The technician was prompt, polite and deeply knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He did an extremely thorough job, and made appropriate recommendations without any pressure to do additional work. I am extremely satisfied with the service. The people on the phone in the office were friendly and helpful as well. I will absolutely use their services again, and would highly recommend them.

A huge shout out to Chris Couloures for representing his company well when coming to give us an estimate on our new HVAC unit. His attention to detail was why I pick this company. Next is the wonderful gal in the office, she doesn’t hours helping us the payment bugs worked out. Then to top it off Zavier, Zack and Matt did an excellent install job! They were an excellent team. The only way you can tell they were in our home is we have a new HVAC unit.

I highly recommend this company if you need your system worked on. Corey was the tech who serviced my system and he was fantastic. He walked through every portion of the inspection and explained what changes could be made if I was interested. Perfect service from start to finish. I will definitely use this company again.

Absolutely a wonderful experience. The installers were respectful and professional. They were Covid safe with masks and they put down tarps on our floors etc. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up everything. My husband and I are very pleased and would highly recommend this company!

This is the first time I have dealt with this company. Started out with Ms Shauntic on the phone and she was able to fit me in the same day. I met up with Hans in Antioch and he took care of my AC . He was very thorough on what he found on my aging AC. I was confidant in him and he explained everything in detail. I was very satisfied with the outcome. I phoned the office for their follow up and spoke with Chrissy. Both office personnel were awesome. I had to come from Hayward and the office made it work for me. I salute them.

For the most part, the experience has been great. There are some remaining issues to resolve (including failed city inspection) and EHA has completely gone silent and non-responsive. That is extremely poor. Hope they get this part of their business improved. >$40k spent and they are not helping now.

From scheduling an appointment and all the way through the repair, Environmental was quick to respond, courteous, and informative! My technician was Carey Sommer. He replaced a capacitor for my AC and was happy to walk me through each step. Carey showed an attention to detail that was encouraging, fixing a loose hinge and adding sealant to a leaky valve cap. I'd happily give this company my business again and have signed up for their twice a year maintenance plan. I feel confident that I'll not be stuck at home in 110° weather without AC again!

I booked my appointment to repair my a/c late last night (6/16/21) through Google and received an email confirmation for my scheduled appointment from 8 am to 10:00 am. I waited for the technician to arrive from 8 am to 10:10 am but decided to call to check on the appointment since no one showed. Apparently what I had booked was tentative which there was no indication of in the slightest. The appointment itself was buried in their system. The rep explained it was a new system but it didn’t make my wasted time any easier to swallow. Additionally there were no other times available the same day. Add on the fact that the advertised price of $69 cost for diagnostic was actually $89. This was a pretty bad experience.

Even with the sour taste I decided to give them a try.

The next day Kevin came to service our unit and he must have forgotten his cape in the vehicle when he came because he definitely saved our day. He transformed that foul experience into a once in a lifetime kind of experience. Kevin was very personable, very knowledgeable, thorough, had incredible integrity, and never pressured us into any decisions. He always gave us all of our options, explained what he was doing, and just made us feel empowered in our HVAC decisions. He even saved us money from not having to do unnecessary leak detection tests when he discovered the refrigerant leak. Outside of just doing his job, he went above and beyond by educating me about our HVAC system and various ways to maintain it. Now I actually know what these parts do.

At the end of the day, we recharged our refrigerant and will need a coil replacement to sustain our cooling needs. The coil replacement is costly because it’s a laborious task but we couldn’t be in better hands. We went from detractors to becoming members all thanks to Kevin. Who knew getting our a/c serviced could be such an incredible experience.

The crew of Matt, Eugene and Delree did a great job installing our new HVAC system. Each of them took time to explain what they were doing, how long it would take an even sharing personal stories, which was very nice. Anyone would be lucky to have a crew like this come work on their place as well.
