Outstanding customer service, quality work and top of the line equipment. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience with environmental heating and air! Kevin was so knowledgeable explaining all options to us in detail and answering all of our questions. He made the whole process so easy and worry free. The crew that showed up to perform our install was incredible as well. Very neat about their work and I really like that after they were finished they showed me their work and explained everything. The company was a pleasure to work with all around and I look forward to working with them in the future for any of our HVAC needs.

Zavier & Eddie of Environmental Heating & Air Solutions did an amazing job installing a new air conditioner and furnace. I have done research with multiple vendors for months and glad I made the decision to purchase a new air conditioning system. The technicians were professional, friendly and included a courtesy call prior to the arrival on the day of the installation. Once the technicians arrived, they worked non stop until the task was accomplished and did a walk through on the new equipment. Overall , I am pleased with their ability to adhere to the schedule without any surprises on such a big purchase item for my home.

Our AC went out on a 100 degree day and I was able to get Carey at Environmental H&A to come out that evening at 7:30 to fix the issue. Carey was awesome, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I liked the personal touch and his willingness to get the job done the right way. Definitely a solid company.

We replaced our heating & ac system and couldn’t be happier! Matt helped us think through our options without being the least bit pushy and we are delighted with the system. The install team, Ryan, Roy, and Eddy were polite, professional, and efficient—couldn’t ask for more. In and out, right on schedule, no muss, no fuss. I highly recommend these guys!!

They did a super fast, great job fixing my heater. Such great customer service and so close to thanksgiving. They rushed out and fixed our problem. Very nice, family vibe. The technician, Colt, was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help us get fixed before the holidays. Definitely would use again and suggest to friends and family.

Damian was a great technician who pointed out an issue with surge protection missing from my system. I’m glad he caught that and corrected it. I will continue using Environmental Heating and Air for my HVAC maintenance and repair needs.

Colt and his team member arrived on time and was very professional and organized. They kept the work area clean and communicated everything they were doing during installation, explaining the various details on connections and functionality. Install took about 3.5 hrs and they cleaned up and before leaving ensured the water heater was working fine. Would highly recommend their services

The team of Kevin, John and Jacob were professional, courteous, friendly and respectful of our home. They worked diligently throughout the installation process. And they cleaned up afterward leaving no traces that they had been here! John walked us through their work after completion and explained what they did and answered our questions. A top notch operation and they represent their company well!
