Great experience from beginning to end. I wanted to thank magnolia heating and cooling for the repeat follow ups and I do love the quick text for reminders. I am glad I signed up for their annual check up plan. My tech today was Casey and I really appreciate him taking the time and specifying all the issues on our ac unit. I thought it was only a service call but ended up a repair for starters. He also had the parts ready. He also took the time to clean and check for other service and repair. I wanted to say thank you! Magnolia Heating and Cooling is a great organization as a whole. Everyone who works for them and with them are just good people. I looked around for a company to design, build and install central air in an old, old house. I had a feeling about MHC as soon as I met with Eric. I tell all my neighbors the truth this system is like being in an airplane. There are no leaks anywhere and its really really quiet. Steve even went the extra mile to help me get a great electrician to upgrade my electrical from a fire starting 35 amp service to a ultra modern 200 amp service that lowered my homeowners insurance rates. Rudy and Kyle are professional installers that were a pleasure to have in the house. So good in fact they finished 3 hours ahead of schedule. I can't say enough good things about the company they are tremendously outstanding! heres a picture of my 4 ton system!
