Magnolia Heating and Cooling

These guys are just awesome. When my A/C went out, they showed me the problem, and they talked me through the pros and cons of different solutions. They didn't TELL me I needed a whole new system, they made me UNDERSTAND I needed a whole new system. I ended up buying a whole new system, and I couldn't be happier. The install was something to behold. Hugo, Miguel, and Andrew covered every square inch of floor they would be walking on, and took great care to ensure nothing got scratched or dinged as they hauled the ancient system out of my attic. Bringing in the new system was like watching them carry a crib with a sleeping baby upstairs without waking it. I cannot emphasize enough that when these guys entered my home, there was a clear and pronounced respect for my house and property, and an overt attention to quality and detail.

Although the service technician thought he checked everything, he went back to check and try one last thing, even after two hours of troubleshooting, and found the issue! Paul was determined and through!

I had Kirk as the technician and he did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable, respectful, professional and the most reasonable price ever. After calling a few business, I noticed how Magnolia heating and cooling handle their appointment and listen very carefully to your concerns to send the expert person to fix any problems. They kept updated me on the arrival time of the technician. I am also going to use them to install the solar panels in my house. They are, truly, the Expert in Comfort

My 1st experience with Magnolia Heating & Cooling couldn't have been better. I was without heat & the personable gentleman I talked to on the phone was able to get me an appointment the same day. Paul, the service technician, was on time, knowledgable & very pleasant. Amazing customer service!!

Excellent customer satisfaction! Jacob was my service technician today. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, resourceful and professional in his craft explaining well the details and doing his very best to investigate and repair my issue. I truly appreciate the follow up of Magnolia and the courtesy they have lended me and guaranteeing their work.

I called up Magnolia because my AC was having issues cooling my home. They sent out Jesse to check the system. It was about to go out. I asked him if they install new systems and he referred me to Bobby. Bobby was able to come out the same day and gave us 3 quotes for a new system. i opted for the most efficient system and the financing was a breeze. He also dropped off a couple of portable AC units to help out until the new system could be installed. 2 weeks later the installation team came out and completed the install in a day. There was an issue with the heat pump not working and Magnolia replaced it with a brand new one the following morning. Then they sent out another tech for a quality assurance check about a week later. Mike was able to fine tune the system and it works amazing now! We’ll definitely be customers for life! I highly recommend Magnolia heating and cooling.

Drew is highly recommended. He serviced our unit and cleaned out our blower. Everything was so dusty and hairy! All of the dirt had made it to our coils :( It looked like one big sheet of golden retriever. Drew was very thorough and took his time making sure all of the debris was removed. My family is so grateful not to be breathing that in anymore. If you haven’t had your blower or unit deep cleaned I encourage you to look into it. They make it look all brand new again which gives me comfort that it has improved our inside air quality and supported the longevity of our ac unit. Love Magnolia!

I don’t normally write reviews but because Magnolia‘s service was so good I felt compelled. I called for an appointment for which they were available right away. The technician was on time and text that he was on his way. Knew what the problem was, had the part and fixed the problem quickly. I did not comparison shop but felt the price was fair. If needed, I will definitely call Magnolia Heating again.
