I called Magnolia Heating and Cooling to schedule and AC tune up, they were able to schedule me they same week. The technician, Paul, was communicating with us the day of the appointment and let us know when he was on his ways he was prompt and efficient. We felt like we were treated fairly and honestly. He did a few repairs and explained everything he was doing and why. We would definitely hire Magnolia Heating and Cooling again!

John is honest and knowledgeable. He took his time to service our A/C and explained the process as he serviced our unit. We have had other companies come out who were less experienced and over priced. Magnolia is fair priced and the work they do is top notch. It was good to know that there are still good, reliable, and honest companies out there.

I’m very pleased with Magnolia A/C very professional from start to end. The technician Kirk was very thorough and knowledgeable in his field. He gave me a full explanation of what happened and a couple different options to fix the issue. I’m very thankful that there’s good, honest people who care about the quality of their work.

Magnolia Heating and Cooling did a phenomenal job on the Heat Pump install in my home. They were on time each day of the job, courteous, and very professional. They educated me on how to use the new system and cleaned up after themselves each day. I'm going to use them on future projects as well. I highly recommend them for your Heating and Cooling needs. Michael and Joe are top tier and did an amazing job!!!

Magnolia is very good they are top notch people and top-notch company. I have had them out to my house since I’ve lived here at 2019 every year to do two rounds of maintenance on my heating and air conditioning. This last round of making sure my air conditioning was up to par, was meant by a new person named Drew,, who went out of his way a couple times to check some other things in regards to my air conditioning that some of the other past people did not do not to mention that that’s a bad thing, but Drew went out of his way Drew is a stand up dude and a great acquisition to this company. . I also had another consultation from John and Drew a couple days later about a couple other things maybe possibly going on with my air conditioning although we found the issue I went with somebody else because it was a little cheaper to fix then what magnolia was asking but still have them do my water heater, tankless water heater cleaning as well while they were here as another round of services, they offer that they are very good at.

Both Christian and Jesse provided air conditioning service recently. Both scored an A+ as is the case with all Magnolia’s Techs and Office Staff. Christian was thorough and addressed all concerns including a necessary maintenance issue we weren’t aware needed attention. By doing so he saved us possible future problems to the unit due to power surges. Jesse took good care of us as well. He installed a necessary part quickly & efficiently arriving within the service timeframe window provided and even a bit early. We would very highly recommend Magnolia Heating and Cooling. They are our go-to business for Air Conditioning, Heating, and Solar needs.

Magnolia installed my Trane HVAC system 10 years ago. I am pleased with the system and their services. The guys who come out to service my system are polite, courteous, professional and helpful in describing how my system is working, I wouldn't call anyone else.

VERY HAPPY with Jessie and the over all service. Very clear in explaining issues. Very knowledgeable, polite, respectful of my household and always professional.

Also had a fuse blow while Jessie worked on system. Likely a coincidence he said but The owner r boss said to give the benefit of doubt to us/homeowner. It would have been a $400 cost.

They cost a bit more than some guy who just has a certificate BUT unlike flakey others, Magnolia kept their appointment times and their verbal commitments. Also gave us time to consider options without pressure.

Our family contracted Magnolia Heating and Cooling, and it started with Bobby. He was highly professional and very thorough throughout the entire beginning phase of the job. Then he and Steve, another colleague returned and made sure everything was on point.

A few days later, we had the pleasure of meeting the following installers, Miguel, Hugo, Raul, Luis, and Andres.

These gentlemen were extremely professional. Their communication with the homeowner was above and beyond, and their attire was professional. These guys were a class act, and thank you for making this process so smooth, especially the wife!

In addition, there was drywall that had to be repaired due to modification on the duct system. Magnolia had a specialist, Shaun Beaudoin, who specializes in the drywall business. Shaun came to the house and repair all the necessary repair on the drywall and his work was incredible! He perfectly matched the texture and repaid were you cn not tell it was repaired. Great work Shaun!
