What I like about Magnolia H & C is that they don't push replacing parts that may or not need replacing. 10+ years ago a HVAC company told us our current system needed replacement. I'm glad we didn't take that advice. It is about trust. Jake and Christian were very outgoing and helpful. They respected our premises, were professional, and did a more thorough maintenance of our system than we've had before.

I had all duct work replaced. They were on time, and had the work done earlier than expected. I really liked how they protected my floors and they vacuumed every room after the work was done. The guys were friendly and professional. I definitely recommend them.

He came the next day after my call about a soecial seasonal tune-up special, and in less than an hour had checked out our AC and gas furnace systems as OK for upcoming cooling season.

As the home will be rented we decided to sign-up for Magnolia's periodic maintenance program to always be on top of preventive care when someone other than us live in the home

Magnolia has been professional, friendly, customer oriented, educational, and honest. They are legit, real deal experts in HVAC systems. John in particular has been outstanding. I had four different “knowledgeable” people examine my system and none of them were able to troubleshoot and fix what was going on. I called Magnolia. John came out and was the only one to figure out exactly what was wrong and figure the right solution for my particular situation. Good, honest problem solving. Our air conditioner went out so we contacted Magnolia Heating and cooling about replacing our current system with a heat pump system. Eric came out and went over the options with us. We discussed traditional V/S heat pump considering the rising cost of natural gas. They had very competitive pricing and worked the job in to our timeline. Steve, Luis and Andres did a fantastic job. Very professional and just plain nice guys. They worked hard and finished the job ahead of schedule. I was impressed by how thorough they were testing the system and cleaning up before they left. Extremely pleased with all correspondence and interactions I’ve had with Magnolia. From the initial appointment booking, follow up confirmation and the system maintenance representative John, who arrived on time, took photos of everything and explained it all in detail. I was very impressed.

John and his partner were prompt in coming to the appointment. They were both friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
They answered all my questions and concerns. They were very patient. John told me about my options and went above and beyond in helping me with my AC issue.
I was very satisfied with the work and John's customer service.

At this point i've had an HVAC system installed from Magnolia. I've also been on their service plan for the last two years. I just had a gas leak and they came out same day, didn't charge for a service call and the part was under warantee. I've never had a bad experience with Magnolia. Love their service and responsiveness.

John was an incredible knowledgeable technician who worked worked on our A/C unit. He reparired it and thoroughly checked it out.
