Jesse came and serviced my unit for its routine maintenance and did a fabulous job. He made sure it was in tip top shape after being used after the hot summer. He gave tips, answered all questions we had and even gave recommendations we need to look out for. I purchased their affordable service plan to ensure my system runs efficiently and effectively. This was the best service I have ever experienced. Eric Smith the owner of Magnolia Heating and Cooling came out to my home after my 16 year old air conditioner needed replacement. Eric was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his product. Eric was highly professional, honest and friendly. Eric took his time checking my system and explained things so that I could understand. Eric focused on the the aspects of his product that address my needs and specific challenges. I decided to have Magnolia replace my entire HVAC system. Mike and Raven were assigned to do the installation which went smoothly from start to finish. Mike and Raven we're very professional and respectful in my home and cleaned up any mess. I would also like to thank Steve, field supervisor for his follow-up, answering all my questions and ensuring the job was completed on time as promised. Eric also has a great team working in the home office. Brenda, Lauren and Kristen provided me with excellent customer service. I want to especially recognize Kristen with her attention to detail, professionalism, and outstanding follow-up with all required documents I needed for my job. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Magnolia Heating and Cooling. Their staff are friendly, caring and efficient. The installation of our A/C unit went smoothly over the course of one day and we are completely satisfied with the results. Drew did a great job. He explained everything and suggested some options for future work that might be needed,but was not pushing us to do anything right now.

So after twenty two good years our HVAC system needed to be replaced, we called four other companies and each one sent out a high-pressure salesman to get us to sign a contract for a new system almost immediately.
Thankfully, we got a quote from Magnolia and the experience was almost the opposite. Benny came out, looked at our system, answered our questions and gave us three options to choose from. He even left and told us to call him when we had decided on which system to go with. My wife and I were blown away at how patient Benny was in answering all of our questions without pressuring us to sign immediately.
Day of install the crew came: Miguel, Hugo, Ruben, Steve they were all very courteous and hard working. Each Magnolia staff member was very polite when interacting with my family. They even put down plastic liners all along the walkway inside to the attic where they would be working. This crew worked hard and paid close attention to detail. They even sent another worker to repair some texturing that had been damaged during the install. So my attic entryway looked better after all the work was completed by Magnolia. I felt really good about doing business with a locally owned family business. Furthermore, Magnolia has formed partnerships with the local high schools for an apprenticeship program, in which young people can learn a trade and make a good living. Going forward I will only recommend Magnolia to my friends and family. The workers even gave me a Daikin and Magnolia hat as part of the install.

Amazing team of Mike and Jose did a wonderful job and completed the project in a timely manner. It was great experience working with Magnolia. I invited 3-4 companies for the replacement of HVAC system but the way Eric explained everything I didn’t feel the need of talking to any of those companies for the second time. Would recommend Magnolia to any one looking to replace HVAC. 👍🏻

Magnolia is a professional company that clearly takes pride in their work. My technician Anthony was on time, informative and did a great job servicing my AC unit. In addition my customer service representative was on top of my work order from the first moment I called through the final repair.

Love this company! Wasn’t having any luck with the company that was supposed to service my air conditioning unit per the home builder. I called Magnolia and they very kindly squeezed me into their very busy schedule during a crazy heat wave! Honest, professional and explained everything so that I knew exactly what needed to be repaired. I highly recommend.
