Really can't say enough great things about this company and the exceptional service they provided. Magnolia Heating and Air replaced our outdated and inefficient old system with the right equipment for our house, and at a very competitive price. Best of all, Hugo and Miguel took great care to make sure our home was clean and livable throughout the entire process. They started on schedule, and they finished on time and on budget. Great experience from beginning to end!

Jesse was sent to do the maintenance for one of my rentals. As a property a manger it is very important that my property owner feels they are servicing the units and making sure that the repairs will be worth their investment. Jesse did a great job explaining the issues, repairs needed and service recommendations. The owner was well informed and came to his decision on services repairs needed with out pressure and push to do more at this time. Half of my Quiet Cool whole house fan went out. Josh came out, diagnosed it, and referred me to the places to purchase a new one. Once it was delivered, John and Jesse came out and installed it. They were quick and cleaned up.

Jesse just completed the service of the unit on the roof. He was prompt and thorough. He advised me it was getting close to me needing to change the coil in my air scrubber but I didn’t feel pressured to do it immediately. He also answered my questions about a tankless water heater, my next major purchase hopefully, and told me to start watching for rebates that will help with the cost.

Thank you to Drew who helped me with my thermostat and went far and beyond to get my issue resolved. Overall I very please and great customer service.

This company is amazing, they have excellent customer service, and integrity. We shopped several hvac companies and none came close to Magnoila Heating and Air . Their entire team is extremely professional, detailed, and attentive. They are exceptionally professional and competent.
We shopped companies for a year with a broken heater, and came back to magnolia heating and air , because of their professionalism. They honored the price they gave us a year ago for a full ducting, and system replacement, they even gave us a great deal on asbestos removal. Other companies did not want to come help us because of the asbestos , but magnolia came in a professional manner and said no big deal they took care of it within 2 days and sealed the area so we could still stay home with our pets. They never made us feel ashamed for having it in the home like other companies that where very dramatic. Look no further because this is the right team to help you with any repairs.

We have repeatedly used Magnolia Heating and Cooling for several years now. Since we started regular maintenance, the unit has worked in peak condition. It's reflected in our electric bill. All staff, from customer service rep on the phone to the maintenance crew have been professional, honest, and courteous. I highly recommend their services.

After our AC went out, we choose Magnolia H&C for a total upgrade to our entire HVAC system. Brand new AC (works amazing), heater and tankless water heater. The team is responsible and professional, reaching out to schedule maintenance. Overall we are very happy with Magnolia!!

I had issues with water leaking out of my furnace. Justin was my service technician. Can't give him enough praise. His communication was great. He showed me all the issues he found and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. I'll call them in the future.
