From scheduling to completion of service Magnolia Heating & Cooling were total professionals. Josh alerted me and arrived on time as scheduled. He diagnosed my problem within minutes and quickly had me up and running. He was proud of his work and made sure I was happy with his service. We called Magnolia for service as our AC was not working. He came out on time and inspected our unit and confirmed it needed to be replaced.
So Bobby came out within a couple days and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We got multiple estimates and Magnolia's estimate, service and professionalism was excellent.
Bobby even loaned us some portables to keep our house cool while we were waiting for the new system to be installed. Thank you Bobby.

I can't say enough about how pleased I have been with Magnolia and Cooling. I use them for my maintenance on my heating and cooling for the past number of years. I decided to replace my old air conditioner since it was 29 years old, Eric came over and went thru my options. No hard sale or pressure did I feel like I was under. Office staff friendly and helpful along with Steve, Miguel, who was involved in the installation of my new unit along. Also there were two other installers but I can't remember their names but wanted to give a good review also.

My wife and I called Magnolia heating and cooling for maintenance and cleaning of an older air conditioning unit for a home we purchased this year. John was knowledgeable, friendly, and understood why we wanted to maintain our older unit. We signed up for the maintenance contract to keep our unit running well. We appreciate a company trying to keep an older unit going rather than trying to get us to upgrade immediately just because of its age when it's working fine for our purposes. Because of that attitude, we are very likely to use them when a new HVAC unit becomes necessary. It also makes it easy to recommend them to others. We look forward to working with John and Magnolia in the future.

Jesse came out was early for appointment witch is always good.
Friendly and very professional. Took time to tell me what he was doing and what he was looking for. He found a problem in one of the air conditioners Said I could probably make it through this summer No pressure just reasoning. Told him to repair it And everything's good. Magnolia and Jesse Was a breath of fresh air..... A side note Becca the receptionist Which is your 1st introduction to Magnolia Just a happy person..And this day and time you need people to be happy... All around will run company. We'll use them again

John explained what he was doing and answered all my questions and concerns and I am beyond pleased with his customer service.
We had two other companies out to troubleshoot the problem and all they wanted to do was replace my entire system.
John found the problem and quickly fixed my a/c.
