The Magnolia Heating and Cooling Riverside, where am amazing company to work with. The company is solid. Great staff from Eric our project manager to support staff: Becca, Sarah and Bianca) (Installers: Mike Lee and Jose) (Install manager: Steve) and (Quality control: Mike J and Ruben). This company/syaff are/were professional and personable to my husband/myself; answered all our questions/concerns, completed the jo. on time, workers were on time and respected us along with our home. Magnolia installed a new system in our property, including new ductwork. I first met Eric via a phone call for our Lake Arrowhead property approx 2 years ago. He talked me out of wasting a bunch of money on a system we simply didn't need. He was right. I told him one day i'll use his service again with our Pasadena house. I'm really glad we did. Eric personally came out to the property, then he had his field supervisor Steve design the new system. The install team Micheal & Joe are amazing, the quality of their work is above and beyond. Such pride. So kind and professional. Price was very fair. My family has owned a HVAC business back east for over 25 years. I shared everything with them to double check the work. They too were pleased with the quality of the install. Office staff is on point and very kind. I 100% recommend them.

Josh was on time and came to a quick decision on what needed to be fixed. Even spent the time educating me on a few of the air conditioning parts which was good information and nice to know. This is probably the third time we’ve used Magnolia and will continue to do so when needed. Very professional group of people.

Coming from New York I was nervous about having the HVAC serviced not knowing what to expect. Anthony who came to do the maintenance was awesome. He was patient and explained step by step what he was about to do, and then during his discovery and cleaning he gave tips on how to wash the filters and how to best use the auto two zone system.

By the time he left, it felt like I had made a friend. Highly recommended. Anthony was really good, took his time and even showed photos of before and after cleaning.

Update: July 2022
We’ve had two mishaps with the air conditioning units since above visit:
1) Anthony came back and had to put in a new Starter in one of the units after which it was running again!

2) Jesse (also awesome) re-checked the system after we found it was blowing hot air a few weeks after the starter replacement. On his visit the systems were working as expected. He advised us to use both of the zones at one time saying that when using only one it is fighting to cool both zones and takes more time and energy. We finally have it down where it keep the house at a comfortable temperature coming on and off as needed and working more efficiently.

Highly recommend that you get the yearly service package - which covers a couple of additional service and check visits appose to paying for each.

Amazing service! Justin did a great job when he came to fix our AC after it broke the day before. I couldn't recommend any better place than Magnolia. Thanks again to Justin for helping us out.
