Preston came to our house for a diagnostic on our AC. Very thorough and helpful in explaining what was wrong with the unit. I liked that he took the time to explain the parts & how it broke/what they could do to fix it. He gave us multiple options for repairs/replacement. Preston was respectful and helpful, even moving around his schedule so we could get our repairs done in a timely manner. Would recommend! Thanks again!

Preston did a fantastic job educating me on my air and heating system. He not only explained how my system works, he also took pictures of it in the roof of my house and showed them to me and explained what was needed and why. I have never had a technician do that before. Both Preston and Cruz, who was training with him were very polite and respectful. Great service, Thank you!

Gregory (the tech) and Ryan (supervisor) did an awesome job in explaining and showing us on every aspect of his work that he was preformed. He was an excellent educational experience. I would definitely recommend them and their company to anyone who need A/C and heating services.

This is the second time I requested a service with Air Flow. Both Technicians were very professional and hard worker. David showed to be a honest person explain me step by step what was wrong with my A/C unit. I was glad to contact Air Flow, and I will do it again. Totally recommend it.

Honestly, the gentleman.. and I use that term loosely... was not interested in fixing our ac unit . He was only interested in trying to sell us a 22k new system. And when we stated we would need time to think about this and get a second opinion, he turned from a nice "gentleman" into a complete jerk. I really feel all they wanted to do was to upsell us on an expensive " new system for our 8 year old house...ridiculous..run as fast as you can from this company!
And as you can see from the response, what kind of people they are! Avoid these this company at all costs!
