I just had my heating system maintenance done and while checking the system, Alverto discovered that my fan had gone out which was the cause of cool air blowing even though the heat was on. Alverto ordered the part and was even able to complete the installation while I was at work. From my very first encounter with this company, I have been impressed. Alverto was very courteous and respectful as always. Thanks again to the team at Year Round!

I am so glad that I used them. Zeke arrived about 5 minutes early and had my AC running in less than half an hour.

Miguel was very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I especially liked the transparency with me in terms of the breakdown of the repairs, the options and pricing of the above mentioned. I am glad we went with the service maintenance agreement and got priority service when our unit did need maintenance.

I found this company through a search on Google. This is the first time I schedule a service appointment for my AC with this company. They were prompt in scheduling an appointment. My experience and expectations for quality service was over and beyond professional. Technician Alverto arrived on time. He was polite, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. He explained the problem and repaired it. Given the fact that our AC is very old and have had many problems with it. He suggested we sit down to discuss a plan to purchase a new one. He was Not pushy on the contrary Alverto worked with us and we came to a decision given the fact that he was honest, extremely helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. We purchased a new AC with a great plan. An appointment was scheduled for the following day to remove and install new AC. I highly recommend this company. Maria called me today to follow up from the weekend if I still was in need of their service.
I called back a few hours later to see if I could get someone out to my home and lo and behold I had someone here in 30 min..
Keith came in and had to change wiring on my capacitors , check everything else out to make sure it was blowing cold air and after 3 days of no air we have air!! And the best part is, I only had to pay for the call. Very reasonable!!

I’m extremely happy I went with this company they were very educated in their trade and any questions I had I got a very descriptive answer that educated me on the problems I had with my old unit. Alverto came and really schooled me on the issues I was having and even brought to my attention a problem I had with my ducts that could’ve became a health hazard. Really grateful for that, thank you again buddy! Today I got my unit installed by Jaime, temo, and Alfonzo and they did a great job as well. They were extremely professional, educated, and finished the job up really fast considering how much work it is to install a full new system. The technician Miguel got to my property sooner than expected. He was very respectful and informative and did a thorough diagnosis. He was able to get my a/c working after some in depth troubleshooting. But informed me that the fan motor was causing problems and would have to be changed out soon. As soon as he gets the part they will call for an appointment and we will get that replaced. We signed up for their membership and will definitely call Year Round Heat and Air for future problems

My ac fan stopped. I called year round and the tech charged me $500 to fix it. I paid and had no more problems. Approximately one year later which was just before summer. The tech shows back up advising me that, it's part of the deal they offered a free follow up servicing. After finishing whatever he did, comes to tell me my ac is no longer working and can't be fixed. Then the supervisor comes to sell me a new ac for $8,000. When I say I feel scammed by con artist. I mean it! Had to go through summer with no ac thanks to Year Round Heating & plumbing. Ps, I still without ac.
