“ Otto and Lionell were scheduled to arrive at 8am. Our doorbell rang at 7:59am. They introduced themselves and I showed them where access to the equipment was and right to work they went. Then Jesse, Justin, Alfonzo arrived and everyone was hard at work. Long story short these technicians removed and replaced my 20 yr old sytem and all duct work and were finished at approximately 4:30Pm. All the old parts were hauled off and the crew made sure our house was as clean as it was when they started.Highly recommend Otto and all the technicians at Year Round. ”

Personal are polite,works well,they really work with you financially , they do their best to make it happen , very happy cause option were given for my necessity and budget. The supervisor, Rafeal was very detailed and knowledgeable explaining everything to me and my wife during the inspection. He answered all of our questions with knowledge. Called Year Round to come check the HVAC unit on the house we just bought due to water in the HVAC cabinet and some other questionable items. Shelby was very friendly and professional in helping me determine my needs and get me scheduled for a system evaluation. Miguel showed up as promised and inspected my entire system and ducting as well. He listened to my observations and concerns, asked a lot of questions, and made sure to look at everything methodically. He promptly identified the problem and explained my options. He then called his supervisor, Rafael, to come by and review the options more thoroughly. After sitting and reviewing the options, I felt at ease making my decision and knew I had contacted the right company for my needs. I never felt pressured into buying anything or being sold something I didn't need and their system options are very competitively priced and offer top notch warranties and guarantees. Big thanks to Miguel, Rafael, Jared, Shelby and the whole team at Year Round. I'm hoping I won't need you any time soon after the install but feel great knowing you'll be there if I do.

Update: Just wanted to add that Otto and his entire crew are just amazing. They showed up on time, made sure to put down protective coverings in their work areas, and were always willing to explain what was being done and answer all my questions. Otto helped me set up the Nest app to control and monitor the system. Otto and his crew made sure to review and check every aspect of the installation and test the system for proper operation. They cleaned up all their work areas and left no trace of their presence. We were missing one register but Otto and Leonel showed up early the next morning on their way to another install to put that missing register in. I can't even begin to tell you how glad I am to have chosen Year Round and know exactly who to call for all my future HVAC needs.
