I am super impressed with the level of customer service we received. It was one of the coldest nights of the year when our heater stopped working. When I called for after hours service a live friendly rep answered the phone and assured me a HVAC tech would be there within a reasonable amount of time. Rafael arrived within an hour and promptly got to work. He was friendly and professional and above all, knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected everything and fixed the problem. Once he finished, even though it was getting late, he patiently took the time to help me set up the app and show me how to use it. You will find great service with Year Round Heating and AC.

These guys came in literally within hours of me calling them, and had me back up and running in no time. Rafael was probably the nicest most professional guy while on site. Definitely will be asking for him for future service or repair calls.

Our ac went out at 3:45 and it was fixed before 6 Miguel explained everything clearly and in simple terms. He was very professional and courteous of our home. We highly recommend their services.

Year Round Heating & Air is a Topnotch Company. They installed a new HVAC System and Ducts in my home. I am very HAPPY with the job they completed. They have an awesome TEAM of employees. The process started with Miguel, who came out and diagnosed my problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. He also made sure to check in with me at different stages of the project. The next member of the TEAM was Rafael. He came out and presented me with different product and pricing options. He worked with me to try to get me the best pricing. Lastly, the Installation Crew came out. The members of this crew were extremely professional throughout the job. Our a/c stopped blowing so we called Year Round Heating because it said 24hr service and had good reviews. Keith came out same day within an hour of calling. Shelby was so nice and cheerful, it put me at ease. Keith immediately fixed the problem and told us the unit was original when house built in 1988 and can't get parts or refrigerant for it anymore. It's a miracle it worked this long! We asked about getting a new unit and he sat down with us and went over the 3 options they sell. We purchased the Gold Unit and he was able to quickly and easily get us financing! We appreciate everything Shelby and Keith did for us. Our new HVAC system is being installed Sat. Today is Thurs! I had Alverto come to my apartment on the 29th of this month and not only was he kind , he was incredibly helpful. He got our AC fixed in an hour and was super nice to me. I will definitely call again if I ever need assistance.
