I've used this company two times at two different properties and they're amazing. The tech is so professional and clean its nice to see. The work done in my home is always done correctly. The service tech is very clear on what he is seeing (includes pictures) and what he would recommend you do to fix any problem. The company offer multiple solutions which is great for different budgets. If you're looking for a great company give Year Round Heating a& Air a call.

Miguel was great at explaining the problem and solution. Performed the repair quickly and professionally. They were able to get me an appointment for the same day. Annual plan seems like a good value. Check them out.

Rafael was amazing!! He is definitely a great ambassador Year Round! He was responsive, professional and put us at ease right away! He fixed the problem and made recommendations and I felt I got an extremely fair deal with him! He is wonderful!!

I had an issue with My AC unit not cooling the house so I called Year Round Heating and Air Conditioning. They sent out Rafael and right from the start he came very professional and ask me what my issue was. After I told him he got on to fixing the problem right away and answered all my questions I had for him while he was installing the new part that need to be fixed on my unit. He also went above and beyond to try and figure out why the issue happened to prevent future problems. Overall I rate my experience with Rafael a 10 out of 10. Friendly, professional, and a pro at what he does. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family. I’m super pleased with my overall experience with Rafael!

Every single person in this company is absolutely incredible!! So kind and friendly with amazing communication. Zeke recently came to the house to check out a possible drip in the ceiling. He was very thorough and reassuring and took the time to educate me on things to watch for.

Our newly installed HVAC system just stop working, called their office and their Technician - Zeke was at our door I would say about an hour after I called. Quick to respond especially at this time of the year. I’m also a club member maybe that helps. Zeke fix the issue fast and efficient. Top-notch customer service I received from employees at their office and their field Techs not just today but since I called them the very first time I had issues with my old/previous HVAC system. They listen, courteous, are knowledgeable and professional. So far I don’t have any issues with their service whatsoever. When I signed up with them they told me they’re gonna take care of me and they did. Thank you! Highly recommended!

The quality of customer service received from Year Around Heating and Air was exceptional. Our technician Zeke was so patient and informative. From the moment I contacted Year Round Heating and Air, they were efficient, courteous, professional, and responsive. After the phone call I received an email and text confirming the visit. On the day of the visit, I received a confirmation call the morning of, as well as one 30 minutes before the technician’s arrival. They also sent a photo of the tech so I would know who would be coming.

Keith was conscientious, polite, timely, and even wore booties over his boots to not track dirt into the house. Overall, a great experience! Wish all companies would take a lesson from Year Round Heating and Air Conditioning!
