So glad we went to this company to get our new central heating and air conditioning. They are very professional and did a wonderful job even with the Complications of an old house with no room in the attic for someone to fit. They are the best prices around and offer great quality equipment. Very nice people especially Miguel the one who comes out every 6 month to do service maintenance. He explains everything and goes the extra mile to clean and disinfect the whole thing. I would def recommend Year Round Heating and Air.

From start to finish working with Year Round was a great experience. Rafael told my husband and I that the company is known for taking care of the customers. And Rafael and the rest of the Year Round team certainly delivered. There was a small issue with the inspection from the city (nothing wrong with the equipment) and Rafael went above and beyond to fix the issue and in a quick manner. Professional service from every employee we encountered from the phone staff, to field staff to the supervisors. Amazing! Highly recommend!!

Service was excellent from the beginning. Maria called to set up the appointment and laid out realistic expectations (that were eventually exceeded). Communication by phone, email and text was great. Zeke came on time, was courteous and really easy to work with. He was personable - felt like a friend I have known for some time. He worked diligently, professionally and found the cause of the problem. Appreciated his honesty and always got the sense he was trying to do what was needed and right and not trying to push for anything that was not needed. If we could we would give Zeke and your service 10 stars. Have 73+ year olds living in the home downstairs and having good air temps at home is a must. Thank you all again for your help and service.

Very pleased with the service. Upon sending my message through Google, I received an immediate response to schedule a technician for service the same day. We were scheduled for a window of 1-3pm. I was notified that they could send a tech earlier and they were here by 12pm. I was especially pleased since it’s supposed to be 102 degrees today and triple digits for the next week. Miguel was very pleasant and explained everything that he was doing and why. Thank you for being extremely responsive!

I had a great experience with Year Round Heating & Air Conditioning. I reached out to several companies and they were booked for the next eight days. Year Round was able to send someone out to my residence in less than 48 hours and for half the price as compared to their competitors. Rafael was very professional, courteous and answered every question I made. I felt he was honest with the suggestions he gave me in order to get my AC up and running and in just 15 minutes my house was cooling down again. Going forward, I’ll be using them for all my AC and furnace needs.

First of all, they answered the phone quickly. Understood our emergency and were super nice trying to get our AC emergency resolved. The receptionist was understanding and was able to get someone out, same day. Zeke the tech called and showed up on time. He was professional, understanding, and informed us on what happened to our system. He was able to fix it right away. Can't begin to tell you how grateful we were they were able to come out.

Zeke came on time to our appointment, introduced himself and then told us what he would be doing for this visit. He completed the quarterly check up on our heater, tested it after he did his work and was very thorough.
