Burgeson's Heating, A/C , Electrical, Solar & Plumbing

First of all , This is Robert Brown, not Susan. I called and ordered an annual heater and AC checkup. I love the technicians I have dealt with at Burgeson's . They are clean , respectful, professional and on time. The overall service call is a little higher than others, but not outrageous. Their problem is with the price of parts, Their check-up revealed I needed Mars 12286 capacitor. check it out online. It costs $17 - $26 . They charged me over ten times that amount. When I politely addressed my displeasure with the charge the tech called his supervisor who offered a 20% discount. In the beginning they had already given me a 15% discount so in reality it was only 5% more. It's like they are trying to pay for airline tickets to Hawaii in one call. I did not like having the tech in the middle of this. I paid it, I just do not like being taken advantage of and I will take my business and
recommend my friends elsewhere

I have been with Burgeson for 23 years. Have always treated me well no complaints ,on 3/15/2023 woke up to cold house my thermostat was not working didn't know what going on. So i call Burgeson got appointment the same day what blessing. Aladdin Ahmad very kind came out evaluate the problem wow made my day fix issues i was a happy camper .Thank you guys This company awesome. Regina Wagoner

What a great company. Both the estimater and the installer did a wonderful job. I already have given out business cards. Neighbors are very interested. Our old water heater was 18 years old. So glad to have it replaced.

I have been a Burgesons customer for 40+ years. This time I called them to replace my water heater. A supervisor came out that afternoon to inspect the plumbing and discuss options, and the water heater was replaced the next morning. The installers, John and Shannon, were early (the scheduler called first to see if I was available earlier than originally planned), and they were professional, efficient and friendly.

Bryon the technician was great. We basically had to pay for a service call for them to turn the gas back on for the heater to work when they were the ones who turned the gas off during the AC repair last summer. No one but them had been in the furnace area since the repair last summer and this was the 1st time the heater was being used because no one had been in the home for the last 3 months of winter. So that was fun to pay them a service call fee for something that should have been done on the previous visit of AC repair. Bryon was 5 stars but over all not pleased with company.

Taylor is a true professional. A couple of exterior outlets stopped working and Taylor explained what the problem was and fixed it. He was kind, respectful, clean, and professional. I am very pleased with the quality work and customer service. I will definitely call Burgeson's Heating for any future work needed.

I am so glad I called Burgeson’s. They repaired my AC unit. The technician Alaeddin Ahmad was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, informed me of the repairs and provided an estimate all in less than 15 minutes. I am super happy with the results. I highly recommend Burgeson’s.

OMG, We used Burgeson's for our plumbing service repair on our kitchen sink and to install the PTRAP and riser on the outside of our house. We couldn't be happier with the great service Patrick J (the techinician) gave us and the clean work.
