Burgeson's Heating, A/C , Electrical, Solar & Plumbing

Both technicians (Alaeddin and Jose) were very professional, thorough, and organized. We had excessive water dripping from outdoor pipe releasing condensation from running AC. They cleaned/cleared the clog that was causing the problem, and no more excessive water condensation dripping outdoors. There was no mess while working and both wore booties to cover their street shoes, which was greatly appreciated. This is the second time we've used Burgeson's. The first time was a plumbing issue and we're very satisfied with the outcome of both jobs.

Gary arrived at 10:00 AM as scheduled. He was very polite and informative and did a great job inspecting, maintaining and cleaning our HVAC system. We really appreciate the service we received today.

Excellent annual maintenance of our Generac generator and some tracking down some electrical issues. Anthony did a great job of explaining and keeping us informed. Will be using him again soon to install ceiling fan and some pendant light fixtures

Our upstairs thermostat required maintenance, we were scheduled a next day appointment to our surprise. The technicians Henry Padilla and Josh were prompt and professional. During the servicing it was discovered they need additional parts. They made a call to dispatch and the parts were brought to my home. Henry was very apologetic and stated
“ he would wait for the part and complete the service call”. It was very refreshing to have a service technician gave such attention to his work and empathetic to the customers need. Thanks Henry and Josh, Great Job

The service providers are polite and professional. Burgeson’s sends a text message and lets me know who is coming, with a picture and name. The service people wear booties and gloves and are very clean. Burgeson’s gives me advice of where to buy AC filters at a cheaper price. They’ve performed maintenance for us for 11 years and kept our heat and AC working well.

I called on Friday.first opening was the following Wednesday. Then Saturday morning they called and offered to come out today from 3-6. Then called and said in area could come by sooner and they did it was great. Text me a photo of who would be here. He was extremely professional and very happy with service

Burgeson's really is the BEST in town for AC/Heater stuff. They came, fixed some wiring that was wearing down, explained a lot of stuff about my system, and overall did a great job.

And...they saw that my backyard gate was broken and EVEN FIXED MY GATE while they were testing the system by drilling in a few screws.

Had A/C , Heater and ducting replaced. Excellent job done Deegan, James and Kela. Work done by this crew was top rate and there respect for our home while doing the work was exceptional. Highly recommend Burgeson’s .

By far , top rated responsiveness and service . We have been customers for over 5 years now and the professionals at Bergerson have never let us down . They are reliable , timely, (I know this sounds picky) always wear shoe covers and are relentless in their pursuit to help the customer . This week Manny came by and helped us with a faulty electrical circuit . He did not give up until he found the fault and fixed it. They also service our Lennox AC with outstanding response times. Burgeson's installed a water heater for me on 11/12/2021. Prior to having them give me an estimate and provide the work, I had had 4 other companies give me bids including 1 company who is contracted through my appliance insurance company, 1 other local Redlands company, and 2 home stores who provide 3rd party contractors. The company used by my appliance insurance had an overwhelming number of 1 star reviews (reviewers stated they would give 0 stars if an option) stating negligence, poor work quality, customer service and lack of integrity.This company also wanted $700 cod from me, that they stated the insurance wouldn't cover and they were impossible to get a hold of so of course, I wasn't going to use them. When I contacted the other Redlands company, I was given the plumbing manager's # and I left a message but he never called me back. The office did send a technician out who was nice but seemed to make up his own prices with an end price that seemed excessive. I then contacted Burgeson's who were prompt in their response. The plumbing manager, Travis, called me immediately and was able to give me an out the door price which was fair/going market price and was not inflated. He was patient and professional in answering all of my questions. A technician came out 2 days later and had the water heater installed. Additionally, Burgeson's takes care of setting up the warranty for the water heater for you and will act as middle man if the warranty has to be called. Although I had to pay money out of pocket that my appliance insurance won't cover, I feel confident in Burgeson's response and installation so it is worth it to me. Based on my interaction with them, I will call them first for other needs I may have.
