Burgeson's Heating, A/C , Electrical, Solar & Plumbing

I don’t usually write reviews but I’m extremely satisfied with this company. We replaced our AC in around mid august. I called 3 different prior companies and they were really expensive on a new unit. Burgesons is economical . They were very professional. I’m writing this review because I tried to turn on my heater and I couldn’t get it to turn on. They came the same day and fixed the problem. It was no issue with the new system just a simple switch that was off. I’m happy with the response and service I received. I recommend this company for your services or maintenances and definitely if your looking to get a new unit they were the most affordable!

Tech came early and was very professional. He was fast and efficient. I highly recommend Burgeson's.

Michael and Ary showed up on time and although I couldn't open the door immediately, they were very nice and understanding when I finally did. They were both very knowledgeable and patiently explained where the issue was, what were the possible solutions and what would the costs be.
Because of their customer service skills and how they explained the pros and cons to us, my husband and I decided to go with a complete fix and replacement of the pipes instead of the easy and cheaper fix.

Today Anthony came to repair our electrical issues we were having and an issue with a cam lights that shorted out and most likely our house would have burned down if not fixed. He was so nice, professional, and got the job done I can't thank him enough. Also they were able to get us in for the next day on Thanksgiving week you guys are the best and will recommend Burgesons to everyone.

Henry was very professional and listened to my concerns. He then checked into what I had concerns over and found the problem. For issues with the ducting we cannot explain, I was not charged for this repair order. I am grateful to Henry for being thorough and listening to my concerns. Jonathan arrived on time a went straight to work on our A/C. He was vey professional and friendly which set my mind at ease. He he knows his stuff. We did need to have the system charged as we are on contract with Burgeson’s and that was done at our last service. I would recommend Burgeson’s and Jonathan anytime for A/C service and repair.

I wanted to wait for a hot day to see how my new system installed by Burgeson's performs, so it's 93 today, and the system works great! When it turns on it only runs 5 minutes, reaches temperature, then turns off. The crew did a good job installing the system. Happy to know it's going to be a comfortable summer this year.

This is our 3rd time using Burgesons and we are absolutely happy with the service and professionalism again. Our technicians Andrew and Rich were prompt, courteous and did a perfect job. We would recommend using Burgesons to anyone looking for repairs. Thanks again!
