Burgeson's Heating, A/C , Electrical, Solar & Plumbing

They always communicate well. The tech is fantastic. Having the scheduled maintenance is expensive. Sometimes we have a hard time coming up with the money. But they are so good, it’s worth the sacrifices we have to make to afford the service.

Since about 2005 we have used Burgeson's for heating, air conditioning and recently plumbing services. Notwithstanding the circumstance or situation, their licensed technicians perform superb home evaluation to address issues. The technicians are professionals who take as much pride in their work as they do their appearance (from boot covers to clean trucks) and equipment - all first rate. The service technicians are punctual, prepared, friendly and, most of all, knowledgeable and experienced. The office staff and service department maintain the same professional persona. Burgeson's has very fair and competitive pricing. They never overcharge nor try to sell you items or equipment you do not need. The technician who worked on my a/c system recently (i.e., Gary Weghorst) represented Burgeson's as well as anyone in the past. Clearly there are valid reasons for Burgeson's receiving an award from the state governor's office for excellent business and service in the Inland Empire. If you have an issue at your home; do what I do, call Burgeson's.

I have used Burgeson's about 3 times and I am beyond satisfied. Very courteous, helpful, and they try to get here as quick as possible. I do have to say this last service call was the best though. Henry was informative and went through the different options with me about getting a new ac unit. He did make it clear, he was not in sales, but knew exactly who to refer me to to get the rest of my questions answered.

We have been customers of Burgeson’s for 15 years. The service had been really good except for a few billing hiccups. We have purchased the service contract every year.

Our last service ended our relationship though. During Covid we skipped a year of service 2020-2021.

On June 13 we scheduled and received service. The tech advised that the filter kit would need to be replace at a cost of approx $300.
I let the tech know we did have a contract in place for the inclusion of filters.

I called the service department and they verified the filters were included since we skipped a year. I told the tech who said he needed to verify that himself.

We also needed a repair done to the condenser which I agreed to for $216.00.

When I was charged at the completion of the work I was expecting a $216 charge and was told no different when he took my credit card. No paper receipt was generated but emailed.

To my surprise we were billed $488.00.

It took 4 phone calls and 2 days to get a call back.

Billing said I was given the wrong information 2 different times and we would have to pay for the filters.

She was also happy to cancel our 2022-2023 contract.

We are so disappointed with your billing department and their history of errors.

Randy gave advice and a quote to repair the major leak in a hot water pipe in our dining room under the slab. On the appointed day he set up containment then used the jackhammer to open up the concrete. The repair was done quickly yet professionally. Then the floor was repaired and we went on with our lives. Burgeson's has been part of our service and HVAC for years and have always treated us well.

This is my third project with Burgeson's. Best in class. Exceptional service, expert installation.

It was great because they had a cancelation and ended up coming a day earlier and did a great job replacing our water heater.

Friendly, professional and thorough. Shannon repaired our waterheater and troubleshot issues that arose during repair. His co-workers responded to messages regarding our system, and they as a team were able to get everything going without issue.

Burgeson's was able to fix my AC unit. They provide reliable and quality service. Cage, the technician, did a great job. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix the unit.

Burgesons is one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. They are extremely professional and prompt with diagnostics and repair. We had plumbing services done recently ( water heater install) and wow, what a seamless experience and quick repair/replacement we experienced. Our Plumber Ryan was highly professional, courteous and knew what he was doing so there was never any question as to the knowledge he possessed to do the work needed.. I would highly recommend this business for any of your air conditioning ( which we have also used them for) and now with plumbing -which I have to say was just as pleasant an experience as we have had with air conditioning and heating. Don't hesitate when wondering searching for a qualified business. I'm sure there are many other reputable companies out there so I am not trying to discredit any other businesses that do great work, but in our experience Burgesons is one of the best. They have taken great care of us and our needs over the years and we will continue to use them again and share our experience with those that need their services.
