Servicemen are always on time, complete maintenance and notify me of required repairs and cost. Today he suggested our smoke/fire detector needed to be replaced—had been there for 15+ years. Since we are not able to do this, he replaced it right away. Always speedy service and friendly customer service.

Torrey and Kyle were awesome. Installed canned lighting in 4 rooms of my house . They were on time, covered everything up to protect furniture from dust and efficient. What a difference it makes to have light! Thanks

Cost to replace one electrical outlet and one breaker in my panel $700.00. When I requested a cost breakdown, since there was not one on the invoice, this was their response:
"Unfortunately we do not itemize or break down costs of our services. On every service call we charge a 109 service fee for every call- we use a nationwide service repair manual to quote all of our service work. We also use a minimum flat rate fee for all repairs.
A breaker replacement in our manual is priced at 385- and a replacement device is priced at 206. This book allow us to provide fair prices for our customers while ensuring we are covered on our end to cover our expenses as a professional service company."
Electrical repair is serious and expensive... this feels like highway robbery. Very disappointed.

Very professional and extremely helpful. Manny was able to inform us on everything and and even gave suggestions on preventing any issues.

Installation of a tankless water heater. After about 6 months I had issues with the tankless not heating or staying hot. Their technicians came by and it took a couple of trips because they needed to order a part but they fixed the problem. All of their guys were very professional, friendly and did a great job! I enthusiastically give them FIVE STARS. When I get my new gas furnace they will be the only company I call. Total pros!

I was really impressed with the responsiveness and overall service I received when booking the appointment and from the technicians when they arrived. They were very professional and courteous and wore booties when inside the house and they let me know what they were doing every step of the way. I felt that they were honest and fair and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I will definitely use Burgeson’s again in the future and recommend them to my neighbors. Thanks for keeping me cool!

Sad that I even have to leave a star. Burgeson's came
out to fix 2 outlets in our house. On the invoice they
said it was the entire house that didn't have power, that
was not true. It was literally 3 outlets that didn't work.
They tried exactly what we had tried already and that
was checking our breaker box and made sure none of
them were tripped. When they didn't find any that were
tripped they went and looked for a 2nd breaker box
around the house. Turns out, that 2nd panel was RIGHT
NEXT the original box. He opened the 2nd breaker box
and sure enough there was a tripped breaker. He
turned it back to on and then slapped us with a $398
$398 to go around the house looking for a 2 breaker
box and to click the tripped breaker back on. The price
was never told to us before he fixed it. We would've
went with a different company had we known how
much this company charged. I would not recommend
this company to family or friends.
