Would not do business with these people if they drive like psychopaths on the freeway. 4/7/2022 7:14 am I-10 Westbound cutting off drivers and tailgating, what disregard for safety.

Burgeson's Heating & Air Conditioning was highly recommended to me by 3 friends. I called Burgeson's on Sunday afternoon and they were able to send a technician to my home the next day. The lady I spoke with on Sunday to set an appointment was very courteous and professional. The technician they sent the next day was John Beech, who arrived on time, and had no problem diagnosing and repairing my HVAC system. John is very knowledgeable and has exceptional diagnostic skills. He was well-prepared and had all the parts needed to repair the system. Additionally, the company does NOT try to over-sell, but just replaces the parts needed to fix the system. I could not be more pleased with the service I received. It gives me a great deal of comfort knowing that I have a company I trust that I can call to service such an important part of my home.

We just bought a house with "re-circulating air" required because the house is so air tight and energy efficient. Except we never experienced ANY air movement unless the air conditioner was running. Called Burgeson's and they sent out "Super Lance" to investigate. First. he explained it is impossible to get parts if they have been removed. Second, he climbed up in the attic and FOUND the necessary part. Third, he said he had no clue how to hook it up as no one left the schematic for all the wires. THEN - Super Lance came up with the idea of going in the neighbor's attic and seeing how theirs was hooked up. Which we did. He took pictures and came back and had our air re-circulator running within 15 minutes. The air re-circulator just came on. Fresh air pumped into your house by the fan through the furnace air filtration system just can't be beat! Of course he offered to check out the air conditioner. We declined as we just had it serviced. But next time it will be Burgeson's "Super Lance" who we call.

Burgeson's sent someone out within a half hour when my electricity was shut off after my AC unit caught on fire. Torey was prompt and professional and took care of isolating the AC power and getting everything else turned on. The next day, he came back and replaced the burned out panel and some wiring and got my AC back up and running. I highly recommend!

This is by far the best and most knowledgeable HVAC company we've seen. Their customer service and attention to their customers I'd second to none!

Burgeson's recently installed two HVAC systems, one ductless system, one tankless water heater, and a zoning system in a home we recently purchased. From start to finish they were awesome. the installers/plumbers/office staff, and everyone we delt with made this a 5 star experience. Our home is incredibly comfortable now. Thank you all for a wonderful job.

Not a good value for service. I have 2 HVAC systems and requested diagnostics for both. I was told it was $109. I informed the technicians that one of my systems was not working and explained what happened recently. They informed me that it would be best to replace the system that was not working, which I agree with. I asked if they could check and run diagnostics on the system that was working still. They said it would be an additional $109. I explained to them that they had not done anything, except talk to me and look at the system. They had not used any tools or equipment at all. They charged me the full $109 for 30 minutes of discussion. No work performed!

They came out on a Sunday and replaced a part to my air conditioning. The fee was fair, the technician was friendly and my air conditioning has been working great. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company, I have used them for other services as well.

Been using them for several years for my elderly mother. Great company and this is coming from a 30 year seasoned AC tech in AZ

My AC went out on a Friday afternoon. Not many places still available at that time. After calling several places that I indirectly work with and not getting any responses from them, I called Burgesons Saturday around Noon. They were out within 2 hours and they discovered the problem. My circuit board was out and I needed a new one. The technician did not have any but he was able to bypass this and get my AC running again.
The technician is here now installing the new circuit board.
