The tech, Mike, was able to arrive promptly the same day, within about 30 minutes from calling the office. He did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. He also made some improvements to the system so that the issue would be less likely to happen again. Great service, great attitude, great explanation. Jeff, the technician that worked on our AC was an absolute pro. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with our unit quickly and explained the steps that he would be performing to fix it. He brought an absolute dud of a machine back to life. Would give 50 stars if I could. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and had everything finished even quicker than estimated.
