    I use the Sanborn's for all of our heating & AC. They have very reasonable prices. They're customer services is amazing! I love using their seasonal service to help maintain our unit. They do everything they can to help save us money which is uncommon. If you are looking for honest and reliable than you cannot go wrong. Will definitely continue to use them.

    If you're seeking a company that presents itself as friendly and provides in-home services, but unfortunately ends up damaging your minisplit system while attempting to sell you an $800 repair job due to your being a woman alone at home, with your husband at work, and then misinforms you about the lifespan of minisplit systems, claiming they only last 5 years when they typically last between 12 and 20 years, this is the experience you can expect.

    To make matters worse, when you contact them about the broken unit, they inform you that their manager is unavailable on Fridays, causing delays in addressing the issue. After your wife contacts them, they promise to speak with a supervisor, but subsequent follow-up calls reveal that they still haven't received a response from the manager and need to determine if the necessary part can even be ordered. Eventually, they inform you that they have located the part and it will arrive in 5-10 business days, at which point they will contact you to schedule a replacement for the broken unit. However, a month goes by without any communication from them, prompting you to write a review due to the absurdity of the situation.

    In exchange for an $89 fee, all you received was a technician who not only damaged the housing but also failed to check the freon levels, citing unfavorable weather conditions as an excuse.

    If you find yourself in need of such an unprofessional and frustrating experience, then this is the company for you.

    Had a technician out for a quote in November and they were friendly. Felt good about the answers to my questions and was pleased with the visit. But they never delivered the quote to me. Called back to follow up after a week of no word and they still couldn’t give me a quote. Too bad. The other reviews looked enticing. But someone else has my business now. Not good business to ghost a potential customer. Good luck to everyone else needing a new hvac system….hope you’re not left in the cold. I had to take off work to meet the associate and then to not hear back was extremely disappointing. I don’t have infinite sick time. Very inconsiderate.

    Armando did an excellent job of servicing our furnace. He was professional and courteous. I like how he took the time to show me pictures of the work he did when he was in the attic. He also provided a clear explanation of what was done and why it is important.

    We had a new AC and Dual Fuel Heat Pump installed along with new ducts and were very pleased with their work and crew, we highly recommend Sanborn's.

    Called in today 2/27/23 to request a part got a quote for $375, but my is still under warranty meaning that this part should only cost me whatever shipping is. The total cost of the part is question is $35. This place was going to up charge me $340 for just the part alone. So the part and an hour of labor would have cost me 440 plus tax. This place is horrible never do business here.

    We have a yearly maintenance contract with Sanborn’s- during our recent fall check of the heating system the representative was so cool- he thought he saw something that wasn’t right and instead of passing over his concern he researched it and clarified the next day! It turned out to be the correct part but It was great that he took the time- thanks Robert!
