Wow! Joe came out today and took a look at a leaky shower pipe. He sure saved the day. This was a really hard to reach area and if he wasn’t able to figure this out, we’d be looking a a large bathroom remodel.

I dropped the ball for a backflow inspection requested & required by the City of Redlands so I called Henry Bush Plumbing & they jumped on it & scheduled me or the next day. No emergency fees charged nor making me feel like I dropped the ball (which I did) just true professionalism & being extremely nice. Unfortunately can not remember the young lady who scheduled my appointment but extremely courteous & professional. John ( the tech-(hope that's his name) super nice & also professional. Will definitely use this Company again.

Had Joe from Redlands Plumbing come out to replace some old cast iron drainage pipes. Joe is very professional and always on time worked very hard and fast, excellent communicator let us know what was going on well before the project, during the project and followed up afterwards, these guys are very very professional, and they know their stuff. We’ve had them out a few times and every time it’s been a very pleasant experience and I won’t go anywhere else.

It's the day b4 4th of July. I'm baking pies and it's 100°F outside. The AC is barely keeping up when it just stopped working. I called and the receptionist put me through to Matt (the technician). Matt is a magical man. I explained the situation and he explained that it was likely the fuse blew. One trip to lowes later, and Matt saved me $300. I contacted Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing to provide an estimate to replace two very old water heaters along with new piping and valves. I was provided a full cost estimate and time frame for the project. Joseph and Jorge arrived on schedule to replace the equipment. During the work, we discovered damage to the system due to hard water in the area. Recommendations were made for the installation of a Halo water system to protect the new water heaters and provide better water quality for my home. After research on the system, I decided to include this in the project. The equipment was ordered and the installation scheduled. Throughout the project Joseph and Jorge demonstrated a professional attitude and ability to perform all work necessary for the installations. They were friendly, professional and accommodating. They were also able to provide a 12 month no-interest financing package for full payment of this project. It was an absolute pleasure to work with these two professionals and the staff in the office. I have used Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing for years and will continue to do so

There are a lot of options to turn to for plumbing cooling and heating, but recently we had trouble with our ductless A/C unit and Redlands did great work. Even after an unexpected problem with the job, they still worked with us. Even after other companies said they couldn’t work on it, they did.
