Lasting Legacy recently completed the installation of a new heat pump system in our Redlands home. Colby came out and provided several options and price point quotes for our consideration.

The installation team of Mike and Armando were onsite, on-time, and prepared with the necessary equipment and tools throughout the installation process, even through the recent rains. The quality of the installation can be summed up in one word CRAFTSMANSHIP! The installation team answered all of my questions with confidence and knowledge and took pride in their work. I cannot ask for more than that in this day and age.

Colby came by today to diagnose a problem with my tankless hot water heater. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Rather than a hard sell to replace my unit, he recommended a no-cost solution to extend the life of my old one. And he didn't even charge me for the service call! Definitely recommend him.

Very impressed with the efficiency of Carlos. He informed us honestly of work that needed to be done. We purchased our own faucet and he installed the unit. We had work done on outside faucet and all the service showed knowledge and a good skill set.

We've had these guys over to service our plumbing and HVAC systems, and their people are top-notch. Working with them feels like have professionals in the family. The company itself is relatively young, but it's clear they're doing what it takes to provide great value for premium service and reward customers who are willing to go with a smaller local business.

For plumbing, Junior was incredibly helpful in explaining the problems and how we could fix them. He fixed a couple of small things that probably aren't difficult for a plumber, but a couple of hours of work for a DIYer, and he didn't put those on our bill.

For HVAC, Cody did a really thorough job of finding the strengths and weaknesses of our systems and explaining that to us.

Both techs encouraged us to get their membership service (we bought on second visit), which looks like it will pay for itself for the year in the first repair we do. For $20/month per AC unit (we have a couple) we get the peace of mind that our plumbing and AC are well maintained, and we can repair or upgrade things with a member discount.

Colby at Lasting Legacy has been to my house several times now. There is a reason for that and it is because Colby is reliable, friendly, professional and most polite.

I’ve had him work on different issues and he knows his craft well. All were fixed quickly and the work is top notch.
