Year Round Heating & Air Conditioning

Friday 8am morning 3 trucks belonging to “Year Around AC heating and cooling co” parked in front our house and the working force lead by Otto the team leader arrived and started to remove the old system and replace with new Lennox AC heating and cooling system. They worked almost 13 hrs to finish job same day. Air balance was done perfectly. They cleaned the site inside out. Replaced registers with new and best quality. They did whatever I asked them to do to please us including reconditioning the indoor unit closet.
I highly recommend to hire this company also many thanks to Rafael their supervisor and Otto and the rest of the team for the wonderful smooth seem less job they accomplished .

To start, everyone from customer service to the guys that came to install our new AC unit were friendly, polite respectful of our property. We now have cool and hot air in every room of our house. Price, we knew from the beginning that we would drop a pretty penny for this! Luckily this company offers financing that made out pockets feel better. And according to our data we got an accommodating deal that we could not pass. The very next day the guys came to remove and install our new heating a cooling unit. Rafael was absolutely helpful and respectful in every way. I forgot the 3 gentlemen that installed our unit they were great.

Absolutely fantastic service. They came within 24 hours for an emergency and fixed it, even as a first time customer. Zeke came and explained everything, defined the problem in laymen’s terms and figured out how to give us our best bang for our buck. Every single person I came in contact with was professional and polite. The representive explained all of my options very clearly so that I could decide which option was best for me as far as payment and products.

I have a rental unit. My regular service provider detected a leak in the A/C system. The repair would have been costly, and since my system was 13 years old, I decided a replacement was the best option. I got three bids, and Year Round H & A was by far the best including better equipment and warranty on parts and labor. Year Round was willing to to the demo and install the same day. As my new tenants were moving in the next day, the decision was a no brainer. Really appreciated the salesman's, Rafael, professionalism. He also helped with the install.

I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of this company. Rafael, Otto and the rest of the crew went above and beyond for my house. I ended up needing two HVAC units, and Rafael did his best to give me the most affordable option given such a major service. They were extremely polite, clean and worked more than 12hr days to get the job done as soon as possible. Thanks for answering all my questions and letting me take the time to make decisions without being pushy! I will use them again in the future!!

Excellent experience with Year Round Heating and AC. The catch basin for AC condensation was overflowing due to clogged drainage pipes causing some serious water damage in my house. I called several HVAC companies none were able to come out the same day…except these guys. Alverto, the tech who came out, was fantastic- very thorough and professional. He took pics and videos of the problem and walked us through exactly what the problem was. He fixed it quickly at a fair price and we were able to fire the AC back up on a hot 95 degree July Saturday. They are my new go to HVAC company.

Thank you for your patience and for explaining everything so throughly. We purchase a new Silver system cooling and heating with air purifier and relocation of outdoor unit, convertedfrom gas to electric. Rafael was very professional and easy to talk to. All our technicians were very professional and as i am up in years may have been a bit nervous and impatient but Jesse Rodriguez, Otto Hernandez, Jansen and Junior continued to reassure me it would all work out. It was a big, big job and they worked so very hard. They were all excellent. Thank you also to Zeke for installing my new thermostat. Miguel was a great help all around, he had no problem going over any questions asked and was able to explain them without an issue, he was also on time and professional to every extent, he also has a good sense of humor which is good in all scenrios, all in all i am happy with the service he provided for us
